Having seen a lot of "PC download" online shops of various quality reviews, I was a bit skeptical. A quick nose through reviews about this one gave me enough confidence to buy - and my confidence was well placed.

I bought a Steam key / PC Download Code for a game (Borderlands 2). It was 30 % cheaper than it was on Steam itself. Once I had paid for it, the key was with me within 10 min by email. There was advice on how to use the key properly for those new to Steam key games. Straight into Steam, and all verified all well. Within half an hour I was playing it.

Thanks a lot ZiiP for fast and competitive service - I will not hesitate to recommend to friends, and will certainly be buying with ZiiP again.

Found this via google. I hadn't heard of them before so did a quick review search and, much like the reviews I found, was very pleased with the service. I would use these people again and likely will soon.

I recently bought Bulletstorm to play with a friend. Because my friend took the last available key, ZiiP sent us a free game to play whilst the Bulletstorm key becomes available. Really friendly and great customer service!

First time using the site. Really good service. As soon as i paid for the item i received an email with the code within seconds! Will use the site again.

I did a google for the cheapest download price for the game "L.A. NOIRE". I found a couple of sites offering Steam keys but the others were looking dodgy. The phrase "Too good to be true" was prevalent in my mind. However after checking these guys out I took a chance. I made payment at 20:15 and started downloading with a working key from Steam at 20:18. So 3 minutes in total. The download took longer than that :)

Cheap and easy to use.

You can only really rate a company by the way they are when things go wrong. I ordered a CD key for a game on Steam, but the key that came through didn't work. I phoned the number in the email at 10pm on a Saturday. The phone rang a few times and was answered by a human. 5 minutes later I'd been emailed a working key. I couldn't ask for better.

Service was quick and gave me plenty of confirmation of purchase. Would definitely use this site again

Had an issue with the code they sent so called the contact number on their site at 20:30 expecting no one to answer. Was very surprised to get through and got the issue sorted within 10 mins. £7 Cheaper than I could have got the game direct through Steam, only had to wait 30 mins for the code too.

I've ordered multiple times from ziip, always received codes within an hour and working perfectly.
However I feel a true judge of a company is how the deal with things when it does go wrong. I received a code that according to origin had already been used. I received a reply to my first email within 10 minutes informing me of the situation (as the error was the fault of EA and not ziip). I have now received a working code along with a transcript of the contact with EA and a heartfelt apology. It's so nice to speak to someone that actually cares about their customers , and I will most definitely continue to use ziip and recommend them to anyone I know who games!

I know I was only ordering a download key but It was late on a Saturday evening and I fully expected to have to wait a day or two before I received the email containing my code. Other similar services have made me wait around 48 hours until the key was sent and this was on weekdays.

However, five minutes later my payment had been processed and the key was in my inbox. Ten minutes later I was downloading my game and later that night I was playing it. The key worked perfectly and the download instructions contained in the email were accurate and easy to follow. Can't fault the service and I got the game for a great price. I'll definitely be checking back in the future.
