I receive a ton of phishing emails that are sent using Zimbra; they do not make it easy to report spam to them so they can disable the user (I am a gmail user, I don't have an account). MOST email services (other than gmail or microsoft) actually care if their services are being misused. I get the sense that Zimbra does not care at all.
Nella ditta in cui lavoro usavamo la versione open source di zimbra mail; all'improvviso non abbiamo più potuto accedere al nostro server mail e di conseguenza ai messaggi. Alla nostra richiesta di assistenza ci è stato risposto che siccome non avevamo la versione a pagamento potevamo l'unica cosa da fare è vedere nel forum online se c'era una soluzione. Un comportamento assolutamente non professionale da parte dell'azienda : se permetti una versione free devi anche dare l'assistenza necessaria: sconsigliatissimo
At the company I work for, we were using the open source version of Zimbra Mail; suddenly, we could no longer access our mail server and, consequently, our messages. When we requested support, we were told that since we didn't have the paid version, we could only consult the online forum to see if there was a solution. This was absolutely unprofessional behavior on the part of the company: if you allow a free version, you also have to provide the necessary support. Highly discouraged.
