I have requested a passed reset 20…

I have requested a passed reset 20 times..no email arrives to do that
website runs u in circles!

zinio sent me a reply with PASSWD THAT then need a code. which did not work! ...awful site!
I am trying to cancel a subscription. IMPOSSIBLE.

Purchase of multiple magazine issues.

This was the first time that I had ordered several issues of the magazine. I thought that I would receive all of the issues at once. However, I did receive the first issue into my library, and after contacting " chat " I received another issue, with 3 remaining. Following the explanation that the remaining issues would sent when available, I now understand the process, and I am quite satisfied with the response.

Ambiguous sign in process thought it…

Ambiguous sign in process thought it was based on all you can read it when I download the program I find there's a charge for each magazine! If someone could clarify is it in all you can read for 995 a month or do you have to subscribe to each and every magazine and an outrageous price any clarification would be much appreciated if it is 995 for a month for everything it's a good deal if not it is not

Avoid

Issues are typically not available on ZINIO until weeks after actually published. Currently two issues of my subscription have been published, neither is available on Zinio, 1 is 6 weeks after publication and the other 2 weeks after publication. Not fit for purpose, avoid

He was able to answer my questions

He was able to answer my questions. He was friendly and knowledgable. He may need to be a little more informative--I asked a lot of questions that were information he could have given me before I asked. He represents the company and could possibly sell membership with a little more of a sales pitch.
