Wrost Service I ever seen. I but a product on Friday and I want to return it from Saturday I was trying to call and mailing then non of them given any reply to me. Since 4days I am trying there numbers non of them working.wrost service no responsibilty no politines. Never purchase any thing from this site.

Hey guys.. who ever haven't got there refund from this app.. just complain on Consumer court app.. via phone no. Of them.. you can easily get consumer court no. Through consumer app on play store. It helped me too.. hope you will be happy after this step..

Chor hai yeh saale yeh bhut bada scam chla re hai people should join hands to file cases against them. Pehle ghatia saman bhejte hain fir vapis b lelete hain never return money back. Bewakoof bnate hai koi bhi number working nhi hai. Fraud gang hai bhut bada yeh.

Its horrible... First they send a cheap quality product... Then they take the product back and stop responding to your mails... And never return the money... My 1000 rs is gone... Pls do not trust them....

Very bad experience I had with these people fist their stuff didn’t match with the pictures they post really good stuff in pictures but send you bad quality suits I wasted 10000 Indian rupees on there stuff, another problem with my jewelry order they sent half the pieces and since I’m overseas I had stuff delivered at my friend’s address so they didn’t count the items and I found the half of the jewelry were missing but I paid full amount, when I tried to contact their customer service they kept closing my ticket. very bad customer service never shop at this website 👎🏼 They are not trustworthy at all.

Fake site.. When you ll place any order they will deliver quickly but when the time is coming fir return their number always busy. Not responding to any emails.
I placed a return on 22nov till now no response

Even I bought a product and got delivered something else.. I immediately created a return request.. No response on the numbers provided.. No response on email.. Such a fake site... Such a bad service..

M also facing more problem.they showing one thing and deliver one thing. I ordered one saree from sept 29 i got on oct 3rd but the saree material is very bad m apply for return and its already 10days gone but no response. No reply from mail n the contact number is not reachable.... Seriously m irritating from this site....

Very horrible service, I haven't received my parcel and its 2 months. When I contacted them there was reply saying "wait please". It is a fraud site.

fraud online shopping site, they will show lesser price, will take of your money, give bad quality product and not going to refund anything to you.
I am going to complain about them in consumer forum for sure so that they could take action against such a sub standard website fooling around the consumers.

The Mobile app hangs very much. Also, none of the phone number works mentioned in the app and website(9910055400 / 9717237333 / 9971715991). looks like fraud as no one responded yet for return the product. Please do not purchase anything from zipkar.

I ordered on 5th July order ID 100336781 never received package. Has requested for refund and still not given and not updating. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They reply asking for more time. It’s August 15th. 1 1/2 months gone. No Refund!!! Horrible!!!
