Still more issues with this provider…
Still more issues with this provider and starting to regret ever signing up.. last two weeks o e of the 4 devices used on this end up buffering and not being able to pull up pages etc .. I finally called today cuz now my daughter’s phone is constantly buffering.. it seems to happen when even just 2 of the 4 devices are being used. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I’m no gamer and 2 phones a Roku fire stick and a laptop are all we use and we live in a metro area.. THERES ABSOLUTELY ZERO EXCUSE FOR THIS! it was bad enough that my bill keeps changing and increasing with no explanation.. last months bill I called about it and they said oh yeah prices went up.. I NEVER RECIEVED A SINGLE NOTIFICATION OF THIS! Not happy with this company AT ALL
