Brilliant Customer Services!
I simply cannot stress how wonderful Zoeva's Customer Service is. I had a slight issue with sharpening my eyeliner pencils and without hesitation they promptly sorted out the problem for me. I had a charming exchange of emails with them, too, which only served to bolster my high opinion of the company. If only all online sellers had this amount of care and respect for their customers. Quite apart from that their products are of superior quality and a pleasure to use.

Very happy with this product⭐️
Very happy with this product, well pigmented, easy and smooth to apply - I used to us the VB product but this is as good. It lasts well. Only minor downside is that it smudges a bit on the upper eyelid, so I’ll get some fixer.

Great product, impressive customer service
The products are good quality and long lasting...people notice them when you wear them!
I like the pencils (the white - champagne is my favorite) but the highlight for me was the lipstick. Beautiful color, and long lasting (it survived intense spinning workouts).
Furthermore, I had a great experience with the customer service. When I purchased the goods, I had some minor issues with the shipping. However, they promptly intervened to solve my problem. I was impressed by their kindness and support, which is a rare quality nowadays. Thank you!
