Zoki saunas experience
Just had an infrared sauna fitted . Delighted with it. The team arrived for installation and were Uber efficient and helpful. First class service from a first class outfit. I’m glad I did my research and plumped for them. Would recommend 100%.

We bought a Zoki Sauna recently which was installed two weeks ago. The sauna is wonderful, perfectly installed by a helpful and professional team. The quality is outstanding and Zoki Infrared Saunas are a delightful company with whom to deal. It was such a straight forward and problem free experience.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to the highest level.

Accurate instructions and measurements all the way through, and all dimensions thoroughly cross checked before manufacturing began, so as to avoid costly mistakes, which is absolutely vital with one of these high value 'remote purchases' via the Web ..
Installlation was on time and connected to supply and tested on site Efficiently done with full after-care advice verbally and in writing, which is very important with an outdoor pinewood unit

Would highly recommend Zoki for a sauna installation.
We purchased a Zoki sauna in the autumn and this was installed by Zoki within the time parameters they gave us on purchase. They are a very professional company who do what they say when they say they are going to do it. The sauna is fantastic, looks very professional and gets up to heat really quickly. The sauna is very straightforward to use and all the advice given by Zoki about floor finishes et cetera was very helpful. . Whenever we have needed advice regarding pre-build information they been really helpful and endlessly patient with numerous size and measurement enquiries. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent with very.a good instalation service. The Sauna is superb and the build quality first class.
We looked at other saunas at lower prices but you only get what you pay for and we are so pleased we went for a ZOKI. I have no hesitation in recommending a Zoki sauna
