Since Dec 2023 - Microinverter shows error ( 19 numbers ) and it works sometimes but not other times.
After much discussion - ZONADVIES asked me to install noise suppression rings- because this is because of Noise .
i had to pay for this. after much discussion i agreed to pay for this . they came in after much delay and installed it- BUT the issue was not resolved.
called Enphase and they found out it is a Q relay problem and sent a new Q relay to my house .
i was chasing ZONADVIES for installing this for a month - even after multiple reminders mail and spending hours waiting on call to reach customer service - No response
my calls to customer service is not picked , my mails are not answered
It is like they are closed and out of business.
This is the worst way to treat a customer - who has paid for a service that they should be doing as maintenance - as it as a faulty Q relay

worst experience ever

Choose this company if you love to waste time and money, love to be stressed and ignored. My customer journey turned to a living hell right after I've paid 90% of the invoice in July. Technician who supposed to be installing the cable showed up assuming that I have one; convinced us that if we buy and install the cable through another company it will be covered (zon advies refused to cover installation); first installation attempt in October was cancelled couple of days prior to event, new appointment was only in November. This time team showed up just to use the bathroom and to say they are not equipped enough to install the panels and just left. I was pushed to request a special permit to close the street because they said they need a crane which was an extra cost, of course. At the end, in December another team finally came and used just a normal stairs to bring the panels up. Couple of days before the installation I was told to pay extra because they do not have my panels in stock anymore. Needless to say, every time I have complained, however neither customer service nor their director Ron Wansink himself ever came back to me - only kept sending me an invoice to pay the rest 10%. So if you are looking for the company to install your panels - think twice, if you are already their customer - good luck to us all.

Vanzelfsprekend betreuren wij het feit dat u niet tevreden bent en direct na installatie uw zonnepanelen deze reactie op het internet plaatst.

De installatie is net opgeleverd en uw bent ontevreden omdat u de kosten van de aannemer door ons betaald wil hebben van € 420,- en de kosten voor aanvraag voor de vergunning ivm de hoogtewerker.

Uw aannemer heeft de AC kabel netjes voor u aangelegd en deze kosten die wij normaal hiervoor rekenen voor het aanleggen van de AC kabel aan u gecrediteerd. Wij doen geen bouwtechnische werkzaamheden vandaar dat u dit zelf wilde verzorgen.

U heeft zonnepanelen met een hoger vermogen ontvangen en die zijn u niet aangerekend alsook de hoogtewerker.

Wij betreuren daarom het feit dat wij heel coulant zijn omgegaan met de facturatie van het extra vermogen en niet aanrekenen van de hoogte werker.

De factuur van de laatste 10% heeft een betaaltermijn van 7 dagen na oplevering en wij begrijpen daarom uw opmerking helaas niet dat wij u deze factuur hebben toegestuurd.

Wij zullen een klacht altijd naar redelijkheid en billijkheid behandelen en oplossen.

bad communication and planning

We ordered the solar panels on February. Whole summer we waited for the integration. They cancelled 4 times and the last time we waited them during all Saturday. It is very bad company for planning.

Heel erg vervelend dat afgelopen zaterdag de monteur de laatste opleverpunten niet heeft afgemaakt.

Helaas is de monteur zwaar door zijn rug gegaan en begrijp, en dat geldt ook voor Zon Advies, dat dit bijna ongeloofwaardig klinkt.

Wat niet goed is gegaan dat de melding niet op de zaterdag bij u is terechtgekomen van zijn ziekmelding en daarvoor bieden wij u onze oprechte excuses aan.

we zullen op hele korte termijn de laatste zaken afmaken zodat u uiteindelijk wel kunt genieten van uw zonnepanelen.

Unreliable project management and terrible customer service

The way they manage the projects are not acceptable. The company seems to simply not be able to operate and plan very basic project parts. If you have a project that needs green energy loan from a bank and deviates from the standard roof installations, I would recommend to look for other more established parties.

Briefly, I have signed a contract with them in the end of October 2018 and the installation I need is a bit different than a standard installation from the roof of a house. It needs to be installed in the roof of the terrace in the garden and come to the front of the house. As a result we have signed a contract with 2 preconditions. 1st one was to get a "on the place inspection" to see if it is doable and 2nd one was "getting the loan from SvN bank " since I wanted to get the loan from the green energy loans due to its attractiveness.

After the signatures, they have made several attempts via their customer service to make the installations without preconditions are met. Their customer service and the sales representative that I had made the deal started complaining about the agreed preconditions - which is very unprofessional and not in line with the nature of signing a contract. In any case, I have pushed all these attempts back since all these preconditions were there for a reason.

Later, I had to chase them tens of time to get the inspection in my garden done. In the end we could get it done in February 2019 - 3 months later than the contract signing. Then within 2 weeks I got myself the loan arranged by the bank and both of the preconditions were met.

Since end of February 2019, unfortunately now I am chasing them this time to get the necessary planning done for garden preparation, meter renewal and installation of the solar panels.

Almost after 5 months of signing the contract, I still do not see light at the end of the tunnel. Simple project management, execution and efficient customer service capabilities are substantially lacking. Let's see if they can really install and deliver the solar panels. I will update with the feedback on that part too if it ever can get installed.
