It took 5 weeks to arrange an appointment for replacing parts under warranty and appointment was given for 3 weeks later. So the repair took 8 weeks total, but they could fix everything from the roof, w/o even needing me to open the door.
I contacted Zonnepanelen Servicepunt to reinstall my solar panels after a roof renovation, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
From the start, communication was very slow. It took multiple follow-ups just to receive responses. After finally arranging a home visit, I expected things to move forward smoothly — but instead, it took nearly one month and several reminders to receive a quotation.
When the quotation finally arrived, it contained an incorrect and unclear work description, which showed a lack of attention and professionalism. After already waiting so long, receiving a wrong quote was extremely frustrating and wasted even more time.
Overall, the slow response time, poor follow-up, and inaccurate quotation made this a very unpleasant experience. Based on my experience, I would be cautious in recommending this company to others who expect timely and reliable service.
