LOVELY RESPECTFUL DRIVER!
Five stars for the lovely driver who picked me up from IBIS at Bristol Harbourside and got me home safely when I was out later than intended and was stuck for getting home when I went to my bus stop and all buses were cancelled due to the Festival of the Sea (Boat regatta) back in July. Very, very respectful towards women - he was calling me "Your Highness", which made me chortle! Would definitely recommend.

Wasn’t clear where the driver was when collecting from the BRI , charged us £24 which is ridiculous considering there’s a review that states they paid just over £30 pound for filton-Bristol airport ! This driver also turned the money meter off so we could see the price , Accidentally a wallet was left in the car , drive said would drop off in about 20mins and wants money for the petrol , again no other company I know has ever charged ! It’s just being a decent human being ! I then call up 30-40 mins later requesting it gets dropped to the office and I will collect ! This was not communicated by the seems of it with the driver ! I then called up and hour later to be told the driver had logged off and finished ? This is now theft! I spoke to the manager which then got in contact with the driver and managed to get it dropped off only 2 and half hours later then originally told! Will never use this service again it’s a shame after a year of using you !

Never use this company they sre beyond a joke they never arrive always put it off customer service is the worst never I mean never use this company just walk you will get home quicker

We have used Zoom Cars several times now for hospital visits and found them to be reliable and friendly. Today I managed to lose my phone in the cab. Having called the phone and confirmed that it was with the driver, he returned with it to our residence within the hour. Great service!

Emailed for an airport transfer quote - got a reply to ask how many passengers and then never heard from them again! Booked with an alternative company instead. Very disappointing service.

Brilliant service. Great to be able to speak to a human to book a taxi. Used 3 times on Saturday for six people. Friendly, helpful drivers, prompt service and reasonable fares. Long may it last. G

I'm a disabled woman refused service 3 times in a row by the male receptionist between 5am and 5:10am today because u "didn't answer quickly enough". I have a cognitive disability and will be contacting the police tomorrow as this is a breach of the 2010 equalities act that I should not be discriminated against because of my disability.

Ladies be very careful and make sure you never get in a cab from this company! I was made to feel very unsafe by 1of their drivers and not only were they unhelpful but the made excuses for the driver's behaviour. Police are dealing with now but in the meantime I had to make sure I put this here as I couldn't live with myself if I didn't warn you.

Rang up the day before my appointment to book a taxi from Zoom cars. On the day of which they were meant to pick me up, I called 30 minutes before my taxi was meant to arrive to check that it was still coming for the time that I had asked for. When it was time to be collected, I had to wait for them. I then rang to check where abouts the taxi was, and I was told it would be another 10 minutes due to traffic. I left 15 minutes for the time it would take to get to my appointment by taxi, and they told me they would be late. Plus, considering I had pre booked, I expected them to be on time which they were not! I was extremely stressed out and had to then book an UBER instead. Not happy and will never use them again.

Went to book return journey £8.90 charged for very short journey 3 hrs ago. Ring to return same journey back & due to demand price just went up to £12.50. What an awful company 😕

I have patronized Zoom Cars🙂 for months -- after a horrid experience with V Cars in June 2021, so bad I reported them to Bristol Council's Taxi Complaint Branch, and the Mayor's Office.

1. Today I Called 0117 955-5555. ZOOM CARS BRISTOL, as I heard a Rumor they had been bought up by this very same bad V Cars, 😭 and were no longer in business.

2. SASHA ( new to me, as I was hospitalized for last 3 weeks) answered "Zoom Cars".

She says CHLOE, ZARA and ASSAD are still there. 😃.

2A. These 3 all know "Dr Len" at Grange... DO mention my name, as an acquaintance at Grange.

2A1. Mind, they are only the Dispatchers ,

2B. BUT They are lovely, these 3. And they note-hear my directions re NO Hollybush Lane, but the Drivers are from any freelance company, and listen to their Wonky GPS devices! 😠

BUT these 3 especially are patient, & so helpful.

Used Zoom Cars to take us to and from Bristol Airport. We live in Fishponds and were charged £32 each way which we were really happy with as much cheaper than airport parking. Easy booking process, excellent communication and fantastic drivers. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.

Awful, DO NOT USE. CHARGED £33 FOR A 3.8MILE JOURNEY- normally £10-12 at the most. Will never use them again. Felt sorry for the driver who said he had been sent to us from Bristol City centre, we paid him £20 and James at Zoom cars assured me he would refund us £8. GUESS WHAT HE NEVER DID 🤬🤬🤬

Not the cheapest, V. Cars cheaper for me to get from bedminster to withywood £9.70, £10.70 with zoom.

car turned up on time and driver was friendly. Will use again if needed.

I found the booking process rather simple and straightforward, the service was attentive, vehicle was immaculately presented and the drive was effortless; I couldn't rate them more highly.

Car (Mahindra Scorpio) was in badly maintained when we received it. It was dirty, and we found even some take-away leftovers under the seat. During the 7 day trip the handbrake broke, a left bumper fell off while driving and 50km from Amritsar (which was the drop-off point) on the last day of the booking the car broke down. Probably the clutch had a defect.

Friendly service, smooth comfortable ride.

Two friends & I travelled with James, Zoom to Gatwick pre-mini break & post-mini break.
He was efficient, on time, really polite, friendly, courteous, offered us drinks (in a good way - coffees in the morning) and had a lovely clean, spacious car.
He was a delight to travel with full of interesting facts & informaiton & loves a good chat (so do I so was fine with this). If you don't love a chat I suspect you could ask James for some quiet time & he would not take offence.
A genuine, easy going, reliable minicab driver and I will definitely book him again.

Really great and efficient service - would definitely recommend and use again!
