We also discussed Life Insurance which we discovered is inappropriate for my purposes so will be reviewing it to give me maximum coverage. Great customer service offered by Scott. 5 Stars: As a BTL Investor I would highly recommend using this company to anyone. As BTL investors are aware with all the new regulations applications can be a mind field of issues arising which may delay an AIP effecting your ability to secure a property when bidding with an agent. Zoom Mortgage navigated with ease through the maze of compliance with speed!
I received regular updates, were available by phone daily if necessary and presented solutions to most problems. From BTL, to residential mortgages through to bridging loans the information required was at my finger tips enabling me to secure two properties this year with a third on the way!
