Found my husband

Great site. I set a perimeter of 30 miles but Zoosk still sent me matches over a 100 miles away.
The most wonderful sincere guy contacted me, we fell in love and got married a year and a half later. Thank you Zoosk for helping me to find my dream husband! They match you with the ‘right’ person and not just the ‘right’ location.

Wish it did more

To be honest, I was a member over the last few years often on mostly on. The one thing that always got me was you cannot set your search for what you are looking for in a match. Zoosk will automatically give you what it thinks your match should be. I always have to set up my own search for the specifics of what I’m looking for because the searches that they give me are nothing what I’m looking for and I figured that I’m just wasting money at this point since I can’t look for what I’m looking for and what they think I need. Last time I checked I’m the one paying the bill, so I think I should be able to be the one to set what Iwant to look for.

If you create an account, you won't be able to close it.

I didn't like the application and when I tried to deactivate my account, I couldn't do it. The same message keeps popping up: Oops, something went wrong, try that again.
A way of holding us hostage? That's exactly what the rest of my experience with this application was like.

Zoosk blocked my account before I ever…

Zoosk blocked my account before I ever even created a profile! I tried for days to log in and was never able to then tried again today to see I was blocked by an administrator. What a joke! I never was even able to make it onto the site to do anything wrong! Ridiculous waste of time!

Very very disappointed about website

Very very disappointed about website. Given all my matches 100+miles away. This is unrealistic to date and getting know on long distance. Never joined again. Don’t waste your money.

Leaving the site

I'm sure that many on the site aren't actually signed up to it and while their profiles appear they're not looking to date. It's obvious that very few new people are signing up and many profiles and pictures are years old. Not impressed at all. Despite assurances from their customer support about why many profiles remain there but are in effect inactive I stand by my comments. Not enough new people are signing up on use the app so choices are very limited.

far too many dissatisfied customers

I did join Zoosk about 3 years ago and thinking of re-joining but after reading reviews on here I see that it has not changed, in fact, appears to have got worse, I do note the positive reviews .., but they are obviously generated from the Zoosk site......bad reviews far exceed the positive, will save my money, I hate sites that have blurred photos or insist on you buying credits. I do not think there is such a thing as a genuine dating site anymore.
I see that Zoosk responded to my review....usual generic response which means they are not interested in customers, they ask me to report my complaints to customer support team which I have done numerous times and same response when on there site, generic replies and any feedback completely ignored......as usual, stay away from credit sites, they only want to drain your money via credits....stick to subscription and those that show photos..there are a few still out there

Nothing but FAKE

Signed up for Zoosk. Looking for a gay partner. What a SHAM. Zoosk NICKELS and DIMES you for everything. Just when you think you've signed up for a COMPREHENSIVE MEMBERSHIP, you learn it's extra $$$ to read messages sent by members. Many of the "members" look and feel like FAKE ACCOUNTS and FAKE PICTURES. The interface is dated. Searching options REPEAT those REJECTED. It's difficult to tell if messages sent are reviewed. I signed up for a three-month "deal." I wrote Zoosk, via their "contact" portal. Never received a response. I canceled my subscription four days later. It's just a total RIP OFF. Stay away from this "dating" site.

It's a con and a rip off. It's basically just bots. I don't believe there is one actually person on there. As soon as you pay. All the messages are 2 of the the same lines. Gotta pay before you can read by the way.
And when you pay. You no longer get reply's. So just bots.
The people who run this are criminals and know what they are doing.
I curse them and their families to rot in the pits of what ever hell they believe in.

They fixed part of the issue

Terrible app! It doesn’t work properly
I finally did get someone but not by phone as I only get a fax number. My account was fixed but still repeated and dropped messages.
I see it happening all the time.
Thank you for fixing what you could.
But you charge some for msgs and some get it free?

Improving Zoosk

It seems like everything about Zoosk is fake. The "Who has viewed you" is filled with fake views. The hearts received are fake. Lots of the profiles are either fake or dead. Even the distances are wrong!

I would really like a gallery view for searching as it would save considerable time.

Don't waste your money

This has to be the worst dating site I have ever been on. I was a paying member for 6 months and did not make 1 connection. I'm thinking these profiles are mostly fake. If you are not a paying member, don't waste your time because you cannot communicate with anyone unless they are and I'm sure most are not

Every time you like someone on this site , a computer gnerated message comes back and says this person is interested i you . It happens on everyone you ❤️ or like . When you pay to join , none of these people write back or were interested . Just Zoosks way of reeling you in to pay
