TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Read this carefully before you ever book anything with them.
I booked vacation on their website on 9th of May.
On 6th of June after 2,5 hours waiting at the hotel front desk I heard that our reservation was not made by the agency, and money were not paid. I called emergency number of Zoover to hear, that an employee couldn’t help me and I had to send an email to their customer service. I sent few emails asking to contact me and help me, explained the problem, but the employee Kimberley kept telling me that they made reservation and paid for our room, and asked me to show their internal voucher to a manager at the front desk. And then another time I heard the same from the hotel- there was no reservation for my sister and me. In a meanwhile I finally reached one of the regular customer service employees through the phone, and she said she was going to call their booking partner and call me back. It took at least 2 hours before I got the call back, and they confirmed there was no booking indeed, and they could not book the room in this hotel for me.

They offered me 2 solutions:
1) I get money back (€1300 out of almost €2100 that I paid them, only returning money for hotel room). And the rest is paid for transfer they explained. But I supposed they meant excellent service, since transfer for 2 of us was €70 both ways + tickets cost was maximum €45 per ticket x 4 = €180.
2) They book another hotel ( Crystal Land Of Paradise) for us, which they claimed was of the same quality (clearly not if you look at the pictures, also we heard bad reviews about it). That was the only hotel they could offer.
After a VERY long and pointless discussion where the employee was already quite pushing me to choose one of 2 options, I asked to return me the money back.

We waited from 12:00 until 22:00 and we lost full day, were completely exhausted without sleep, food, and vacation mood was completely ruined.
The most important is, I booked this specific hotel to spend time with my best friend which I could not see for 4 years, and it was not an option to live somewhere else. Zoover knew about this from me, but they kept saying they could not book us a room at this hotel, but they never tried to talk to the hotel staff and negotiate anything. My sister and me had to do this, instead of enjoying beginning of our vacation.
Luckily I managed to get us room there for first 3 days, and then the agent of my friend negotiated that we will live with 4 of us (my friend, her mother, my sister and me) in one room, and in total I paid €1517 for the inconvenient stay instead of €1300 that I got. And of course I had to pay it before I got my money back, which made it even more uncomfortable for me.
The questions are, how do €1300 compensate all the stress and inconveniences we had? It didn’t even cover our stay in the hotel. Where is the compensation for 1 lost day? Where is any kind of service they guaranteed in their voucher? Why no one informed us that we had no booking? Imagine being in another country without sack of gold in your pocket, and hearing you don’t get any accommodation there. We were also treated like scammers buy the hotel employees, which did not give us pleasure as well.
Additionally, after the 6th of June Zoover did not pick up calls from my number anymore. Also nobody contacted me afterwards.
I consider this a fraud, since money was taken upfront for a service which was not provided. Also the money was not returned in full.

Missing information about policy, no help with problems like delayed transfer,etc. No recommend

I do not recommend this travel agency. Difficult to contact, unable to send correct travel documents with correct PNR number, need to call multiple times to finally send correct information the day before

Fantastic and luxury hotel where everything is done to deliver you a carefree holiday. Staff is very friendly ! Restaurants are serving various and exclusive dinners. Absolutely a place to return.

The Service from Zoover service team is excellent, I am very very happy.

I initially had a superior room booked for myself however upon arrival I saw the beautiful deluxe swim up rooms and requested an upgrade and got a generous discount from the amazing hotel manager Maurice.
My daughter, son-in-law and their 2 children (2&5yrs) had a family room which was situated right at the waterpark. My grandchildren were in absolute heaven. As soon as the woke up they were out in the pool, on the slides and just so happy.
Rooms are spacious, clean, bed comfortable, water pressure in the shower is superb, smart tv, mini fridge gets topped up everday with branded drinks and water.
Multiple pools, restaurants and private beach. Day and night great entertainment from the Animation team. Shuttle bus that drives you around the resort and shops on the resort for anything you need.

The staff was amazing and eager to help. They went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and a wonderful experience at the Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort.

I highly recommend this resort.

Experience was good. Personality from all the world. Good actractivities, nightlife, food, music and people whos working here.

Landal parken Aelderholt in Drenthe en Rabbit Hill op de Veluwe. Klantgericht, makkelijk te boeken en geen extra kosten, mooie ligging, veel privacy, zeer vriendelijk personeel.

This hotel for my is more than 5 stars in everything (Pools,staff,food,etc).
If I willbach again to Hurghada( Egyptl) I will stay in the same hotel .
Specially thanks to the animation team u r amazing team for children and adults we had alot of fun with all of u .

I have been at the hotel for one week it's my second time at tve hotel i really live it! When i just came back was surprised that entertainment team its all newbuy wabt to take my time to say they are top entertainments umut water polo best chiba big chief queen show amazing and blanco from cuba miniclub supervisor extremely friendly thanks for all. This beautiful hotel with great staff will steal your heart once you visit. The people are what makes the hotel so awesome and together with the beautiful pools (yes more than 1) this not overcrowded hotel will make you visit again and again. Lots of sunbeds, with umbrellas, outside bar with food and drinks. Beautiful view of the sea from the pool and set up with lots of space. There’s entertainment during the day and the rooms are cleaned daily by the lovely ladies. This hotel will make sure you have an awesome time. If I could give 6 stars I would.
