An awful delivery service. I placed an order on Zu’s website at 19:00, I got confirmation that it would take up to 45 minutes for the delivery. Despite 4 calls to Ilford branch, food got delivered after 1 hour & 50 minutes. Chips weren’t fully cooked, steak wasn’t tasty and salad was stale. Never ever-going to order food from Zu’s Ilford. Overall a poor service and food.
