Very negligent and incompetent distributor. Twice i've had to cancel my order or it was cancelled by them because of a mixup with their understanding of if the item I was purchasing was in stock or not. TWICE. The second time around they made double mistake and it actually WAS in stock. Instead of contacting me and saying WE ARE HOLDING THE INSTRUMENT FOR YOU, they sold it to someone else.

Not only that, but their customer service is incompetent, they are under stocked and OVERPRICED go with SWEETWATER.COM PLEASE.

Love these guys! They are very competitive in prices and will match a legitimate ad if it's cheaper elsewhere. Great selection on so many things from guitar picks to DAWs to stage equipment.

What I really appreciate about zZounds are the no credit check , no interest PAY AS YOU PLAY payments. This has helped me out so much allowing me to get items I normally wouldn't be able to otherwise and make my musical dreams come true ( yeah that sounded dumb didn't it?). I have bought several items from zZounds and each experience has been a positive one. I must say their 2 day shipping so far has been exactly that. Thanks again zZounds!

I am a musician and songwriter and I'm in the middle of recording my 2nd solo album. I play all the instruments on this LP (it has always been my dream) and I am recordinging it in my newly built home studio. I needed a few more instruments and zZounds offered me credit so I bought a nice bass guitar. The transaction went so well that I bought a Hammond and a Casio. They were shipped FAST & the service is EXCELLENT! I will be back for more! Richie H

Just bought a guitar,Strap and case for my sons birthday. They advertise one day shipping. So after I make my order I notice that the case is backordered and the guitar will get here a week after the strap which is now really going to take two days. So I have to change the order to a different more expensive case. And of course they can't just change it and charge me the difference I have to place a completely different order.Then on the guitar i am told sorry its to late to do anything about it.So my sons birthday is on Saturday and it looks like I will be able to give him the case and the strap but explain it will be another week or so before you get the guitar.Very disappointed.

uPDATE NOW THE ONE ITEM I BOUGHT THE GUITAR CASE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED AT 944 AM THIS MORNING BY FEDEX ... I HAVE 8 SECURITY CAMERAS THAT RECORD 24/7 NO DELIVERY AND NOW THERE MAIN NUMBER IS ALWAYS BUSY. BUYER bEWARE.

Great selection of musical instruments and DJ / audio products. Ability to make affordable monthly payments same as cash, not like rip-off rent-to-own companies. Prices are great. Shipping is very fast. Just wish that Zzounds sold photography equipment and supplies as well.

I've been writing and recording music since 1984. I currently write commercially licensed music. I play a myriad of instruments and I have found zZounds to be the "best" in regards to prices and customer service. There has also been times, that this company "priced matched" for me, and a few times when I "really" needed to get an item for the music that I write, they helped me out. As an registered songwriter / composer ( PRO: BMI, Inc) I recommend this company.
