Unit failed under warranty, tried customer service. They requested transaction number. Provided number, copy of Amazon receipt. They indicated the number was incorrect even though it was on the reciept. Subsequent emails ignored. Subsequent phone calls put on hold then hung up on.

The product worked good for 6 months, then when it stopped working trying to get it fixed and dealing with the service department is a nightmare.
We gave them the photos and info they asked for, and paid for shipping back to them. Now they've had the unit for a month, without a replacement. When we call to ask, they say the email department is handling or its been shipped.
First why would the email department be in charge of warrantee service, and if its been shipped, why won't they provide a tracking number?
This seems more like excuses and people k8cking the can, than service. From my perspective, they sell you a unit, then when it goes bad, they make you pay for shipping back, and keep your unit to avoid warranty and shipping costs.
I'll admit the sweeper works good for 6 months, but their warranty is a joke, and there customer service is worthless..
I'll be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, cuz this is professional negligence and their warranty seem more fraudulent then realistic.

We bought two robot vacuums last summer (WYBOT C2 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner and Pool Skimmer Solar Powered Robotic Cleaner). Used them for two months and they both stopped working. Customer service had us ship them back at our expense and now have stopped responding. So Wybot customer service have taken our vacuums and disappeared.

Wybot has the worst customer service. I have been contacting Wybot via phone calls and emails for the last 3 months nth and they keep saying that someone will contact me back regarding your warranty. The issue is the my Wybot cannot hold a charge. The unit was 1 year old when this happened. Now it's 15 months later after my initial contact with Wybot and they still have not responded. I will NEVER purchase another Wybot again.
I bought a Wybotpool pool clear hoping to make my life easier, but in reality, it just brought a lot of extra headaches. I'm giving it two stars only because it actually did a decent job of cleaning the pool floor during the first couple of weeks. After that, the issues started piling up.
I bought robotic clean pool Wybot C2 Vision and I was very disappointed of it. I tried all the cleaning modes and the result was the same: poor cleaning. I had to use the manual cleaner by myself. They give you 30days for returning and after long discussions they accept to be returned it, but they didn’t refund the transport for returning. Stay away for this product. It is not actually what they promote.
I purchased the WYBOT C2 Vision expecting it to be an upgrade from my previous WYBOT robot, the WY200, which worked very well. Unfortunately, the C2 Vision failed to meet even basic expectations.
I tested every available cleaning mode, adjusted all pool settings correctly in the app, followed the troubleshooting instructions provided by customer service, and even sent photos showing the results. Despite all this, the pool was never more than about 30% clean after a cleaning cycle. The robot consistently missed large areas and did not perform anywhere close to what was advertised.
The advertised runtime was also far from my experience. The maximum I achieved was around 100 minutes, significantly less than the claimed runtime.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the return process. Instead of providing return instructions when requested, customer service repeatedly sent troubleshooting steps. I eventually had to pay $63.68 out of pocket to return a product that did not perform as promised.
I was a satisfied WYBOT customer before purchasing this model, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the WYBOT C2 Vision.
I ordered a product on May 21. i haven’t received anything as of today . my order numbers is 1050. please get back to me . thank you .

The worst customer experience ever. I was sold a used device (with several obvious signs of wear). I immediately contacted customer service to take advantage of their « total satisfaction guarantee program ». But WYBOT's tactic is simple: they simply don't respond to your messages. What's the point of customer service and a satisfaction guarantee if the company's strategy is to ignore its customers? Furthermore, don't fall for their promotions offering a free device with the purchase of one of their flagship models. It's simply a scam to attract customers, and you'll never see the free product.
I bought through Amazon a C1 last year in August. Unfortunately the transformer doesn’t work anymore. I tried several times to get in touch with WYBOT to make change the transformer that by the way cost 50 euro Just awful WYBOT is telling me to call Amazon and Amazon is telling me to get in touch directly with WYBOT! Customer in the middle no assistance nothing has been solved
I had a wybot for like a year and it stopped charging. Wybot C1. It was not easy communicating with Wybot. They said they would send me a new one but I have to pay for shipping on return unit. I believe it is not right for me to pay for a packing label. I didn't break it.
Horrible customer service experience with WYBOT.
I first called WYBOT support on May 19th at 1-866-777-6655 and eventually spoke with an agent named Red, who was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the agents themselves cannot actually assist with warranty claims. They can only “escalate” your case after you send an email with a video showing the defective product, and then advise you to wait up to 72 hours for a response.
After sending the requested video on May 19th, I followed up with two additional emails and made two more phone calls, speaking with another agent named SY. We are now May 27th, and I still have not received any confirmation, update, or response from the company.
What is most concerning is that the agents themselves admit they cannot reach anyone internally either — they can only send emails just like customers and wait.
My WYBOT C1 vacuum worked perfectly last summer and is now completely inoperative, despite being less than a year old. I followed all troubleshooting steps recommended by WYBOT, and the unit clearly requires replacement under warranty.
All I need is a replacement vacuum. It should be a very simple process, but dealing with WYBOT warranty support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
After reading their reply may 29th, it’s even more frustrating since both agents confirmed the reception of my email with video at email address they provided.. This reply is simply wrong and infuriating with their non support. including the attached video evidence. Despite this, I am now being told that no proper information or evidence was received, which is simply incorrect.
The video was already provided and confirmed received by your support team. Please review your existing ticket history and internal communications before sending inaccurate responses.
At this point, I am requesting that this case be escalated to a supervisor or senior support representative who can properly review the evidence already submitted and provide a concrete resolution instead of contradictory replies.
Please confirm:
That the previously submitted video attachment has been reviewed
That this ticket has been escalated
What specific next steps you will take to resolve the issue
I expect a proper review of the evidence already in your possession.
Thank you.

We purchased the WYBOT C1 for our small 5x3 pool because we wanted to invest in what we thought would be a good-quality robotic pool cleaner. Unfortunately, we’ve been very disappointed so far.
Our pool has a small step to get out, like most pools do, and the robot continually tries to climb the wall of the step, gets stuck, and then needs to be manually moved. Because of this, we can’t leave it running unattended, which completely defeats the purpose of having a robotic cleaner.
We specifically invested in a higher-end robotic vacuum expecting it to handle basic pool features without constant intervention.
I’ve contacted WYBOT support multiple times, but the responses feel AI-generated and simply blame our pool design rather than addressing the issue with the product itself. Overall, very disappointed and honestly regretting purchasing this cleaner.

I purchased a WYBOT A1 in December 2024 and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Within approximately 16 months, I went through multiple failures and multiple replacement units due to recurring defects. The robots would typically appear fully charged, start operating normally, and then stop after only a short period of use.
Although customer support was generally polite and did provide replacements, the overall process became exhausting:
* repeated failures,
* long waiting periods,
* complicated logistics,
* shipping issues related to batteries,
* and additional costs/inconvenience on my side.
At a certain point, I lost confidence in the product’s reliability altogether. The average effective usage time of each unit became unacceptably short for this type of equipment.
Support continued offering replacements, but requiring the customer to repeatedly pay expensive international return shipping for a product with recurring reliability problems no longer felt reasonable.
In the end, I purchased a robotic cleaner from another brand because I no longer trusted this product line for long-term use.
Based on my personal experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend the WYBOT A1.
Update after the company's response:
I have in fact been in contact with WYBOT support for many months and multiple replacement processes. The issue is not a lack of communication from support. WYBOT remains willing to provide another replacement unit, and I remain willing to accept it. The current disagreement is that, after multiple failures and replacements, I am still being asked to pay international return shipping costs in order to receive another replacement.

Got the A1 mainly for the pool floor. Didn't want anything complicated, and so far it's just been doing the job.
The personal service is really bad! I was told to return my C2 because it did not work well!! I return it at my expense and the most news from the company. So I returned my $800 device and there I got nothing in return and no response for a week! 🤬🤬

Do not buy - terrible customer service. Unit has problems and NO customer service for repair. Expensive device You are on your own. I would avoid knowing what I know now.
I’ve bought C2 Vision for my swimming pool.
In the case of a saltwater pool system, it does not work. It floats too much, especially at the front. To use it, I had to weight down the front part. Now it works decently. Customer support did not respond to me about this. I had to fix it on my own.
I compared a couple of options before pulling the trigger on this one. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it's been surprisingly hassle-free. Happy with the decision so far.
Decent idea and works okay at times, but performance isn’t consistent enough to fully satisfy..
