I love the foot scanner on their website. It was very helpful in selecting my size. I did end up needing a size down in the Maia sandal and Wyde processed the exchange easily. Shipping was very fast to Germany and my sandals are an excellent birkdupe. Now I just need the weather to warm up :)

Amazing shoes! They fit my wider than average feet comfortably. I started with a pair of trainer then brought the clogs and sandals! I’ve my eye on some other shoes from them too. I’d love their new browns ones soon. Excellent quality shoe with leather so it’s breathable to and a perfect sole height for transitioning to bare feet shoes.

I got the Nova sneakers and they’re genuinely the first pair of shoes I’ve had that actually fit my feet from the start. (I have wide feet and a high instep/high foot volume.)
I found them a little generous in the sizing suggestion, as I like my shoes to be slightly more snug in length. I decided to return the first pair and exchange them for a smaller size. Had no problems with shipping and the speed at Wyde’s end was fantastic.

It feels like a new era for me, to know that there is now a shoe brand that caters to my foot shape, and that I no longer need to buy shoes that make my feet ache and blister, just to have something to wear outside. I want every model they’ve got, and am a customer for life.

The shoe feels sturdy and made of good materials, I can foresee them lasting a long time.

I’d love it dearly if Wyde were to one day make socks as well!

Overall I’m incredibly happy with the shoes and I am excited to wear them out now that winter is over.

I received my order of a pair of Nova in beige and green with two extra insoles and a pair of toe separators about a day after placing my order. All was neatly packed and very satisfactory.

As for the shoes themselves, they are great. They are the first shoes I have worn without actively feeling the sides pressing in on the edges. They feel almost like wearing very well made slippers.

In summary: Best shoes I've ever had. I would pay double.

Scammers. I used their foot measuring tool to work out what size I needed. I purchased that size and paid £17 delivery! Daylight robbery.

They were at least two sizes too small and hurt my toes. After contacting them they said I can pay to return them and offered nothing else. I've never received such terrible service for something so simple as a pair of off the shelf trainers.

So in short, they deliberately rip you off, and then take away any fair option for return or replacement. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid these scammers, they have no interest in a happy customer.

Was able to exchange sizes in the us without issue, note that for the sandals you might need a size smaller than you typically wear.

I ordered a pair of Arcus sneakers. Both shoes arrived with stained laces, and the outer sole was not glued on properly in several places, creating gaps between the outer sole and the upper shoe. Just insufficient quality for shoes sold at such a premium price. I initiated a claim to return the shoes on 21 November, received an automatic reply that my claim would be reviewed and I would be informed about further proceedings within 7 working days. When I didn't hear anything after that, I sent another inquiry but am so far simply being ignored. Since a claim has been opened for the shoes, I am also not able to initiate a normal return for them, thus am currently stuck with the shoes.

UPDATE:
Customer service reached out to me after this review and apologised for having overlooked my initial messages. Two alternative options were offered, but when I repeated that I preferred to return the shoes, I promptly received a return label.
I also appreciate that the refund was issued immediately, even before the return had reached them, which shows a high level of trust and customer care.

First of all, I got the Nova sneakers and they are absolutely beautiful. Soft leather and suede, and with that classic signature rounded toe. Extremely comfortable.

They arrived in two days, but unfortunately, I bought them a size too small.

Absolutely no problem with the return. I will definitely buy shoes here again.

It’s like I've been given a new pair of feet ! no kidding !! I have tried every wide brand of barefoot shoes for my super wide hobbit feet , I’ve found some great shoes that fit well but nothing beats the feeling of these , nothing beats the look either, looks like a chunky modern sole when you look from the outside , but inside is a 10mm flexible sole that has surprisingly good ground feel for the thickness, beautifully made ! I love the choice of insoles to accommodate various foot types ,I don’t need any insoles so I can use the maximum 10.6cm width ( size 39) for my 10.3cm wide feet and also I’m used to thinner soles so doing away with insoles entirely suits me . for the first time ever I have a shoe that can accomodate my feet properly , one that exceeds the width of my feet and doesn’t restrict at all .
Happily surprised by how perfect these are - with feet this wide it is difficult to find perfection , immediately my new perfect brand for my wide fan pizza feet .
If you’re reading the reviews before purchasing , just do it ! You won’t be disappointed.
I don’t have a huge budget and was very lucky to find an almost new second hand pair after admiring the Arcus for over a year , looking back I wish I’d have cut back on other things in order to get these earlier .
They are going to be great rehab shoes when I have a total knee replacement in the near future . I will be buying more , possibly direct from Wyde unless I spot another bargain !

Very comfortable shoes. Unfortunately not very good quality of the insoles and despite just 6 months use the shoes are quite worn down. I have older shoes that are used more that doesn't look like that. The leather part of the shoes very good quality though. As it wood cost me about 800 SEK to fix them it's not really worth it. Dissapointed.

I had such high hopes but I can honestly say the experience was terrible. My sandals had a fault which I thought was simple to return and replace but ive been treated with utter contempt with repeated requests for pictires showing the same thing and not once offered empathy or a solution. There are some great barefoot brands out there and this is not one of them.

I have chronic pain in my feet from too many years in too narrow shoes. It hasn't improved even if I've worn regular sneakers and boots lately. After just one week in Wyde Nova, the pain is like 80% gone!! Can't believe walking all day without my feet hurting would be that simple...

This is by far the best shoes I've ever owned, i have 3 pairs.
I wear them all day at work, and also wherever i go, the only downside is that i never vant to use my other shoes again.

I really wanted to love these shoes—the quality seemed great—but the sizing and return experience for U.S. customers was incredibly disappointing. I followed their manual sizing guide and even used their 3D tool, which recommended a size 36. The manual guide pointed to a 37, so I ordered that after a lot of deliberation. Unfortunately, the shoes were way too big.

When I returned them, I wasn’t told how much would be deducted—only after the refund did I find out $48.90 was withheld. That included $36 for return shipping and $12.90 for the original shipping, which was never clearly disclosed during the return process. That information is buried on their site and wasn’t shown on the return label, invoice, or confirmation emails.

For international buyers, especially in the U.S., it’s a gamble that could cost you nearly $50 just to try them on—and potentially even more with tariffs. I wouldn’t have placed the order if I’d known that up front. Proceed with caution if you’re ordering from outside the EU.
