Order Not Received, No Response from Customer Service, Then Blocked on Socials

I placed an order on Wyldegrey.com nearly a month ago. I received emails that the order shipped, and eventually a UPS label were created. However tracking never updated after it was created. Long after the promised delivery date, I reached out via email twice (at the email provided on their website) and sent several messages to their IG and Tiktok accounts, but never got any response. I also posted on several IG and Tiktok posts with my order # looking for a response, as did several other customers who were also looking for their missing orders and who too were getting ignored. Meanwhile, they continued posting on all social accounts actively. Multiple customers said they were disputing the charges on their credit card. Shortly after, they began blocking us on socials, which removed our comments. Just sharing my experience, which seemed to be shared with others as well. I later saw the business post about a cease and desist letter threatening a customer who was looking for their missing order and had posted about their experience on Reddit.
