Bought a swag from these dudes, coming from Australia I know a bit about them too.
I have used this one for two years of travel now and it has been the best investment I made next to my trusty XT600 in so far as reliability and comfort when wild camping.
You would not regret buying anything from these guys, top quality products at good prices.

Firstly, just wanna say what awesome quality the products are. From bedrolls to tarps to a very unique daypack everything I’ve had from Wynnchester has been absolutely fantastic. Im fairly confident the bedroll and tarp will outlive me, and I’m not planning on shuffling off anytime soon.

Customer service has always been friendly and second to none, great communication anytime I’ve needed them for anything, inviting feedback and genuinely caring about the response.

I've got a few products from Wynnchester Outdoors and like them all a lot.
I've bought a restored swiss army backpack, thats very nice (discontinued).
I bought a dufflebag (discontinued) thats very nice.
And a reproduction bagpack (discontinued) thats really nice.

And I have a Adventurer Canvas Bedroll, that I use on motorcycle trips - as I ride an old DKW 1955 on my trips and want a vintage looking bag to go with it.

The Bedroll is very good quality, and reasonably waterproof, and it's really nice that you can just roll it out anywhere, put some air in your air matress (I use a Thermarest) and just go to sleep.

A clever hack when travelling on a smaller motorcycle is that you are able to roll stuff (like extra underwear/tshirts/handwarmers and other things that pack flat) into the bedroll, and then they don't take up space in your motorcycle luggage.

Only downsides I've found are;
When it's very cold / raining, I do get some condensation above my head that tends to drip on me when I move around. I've only had that problem twice so no biggie.
I would have liked it if the straps where made from canvas as it would look more vintage, but I guess nylon is stronger, so it makes sense they use that.

All in all it's a great product and I still check there shop from time to time.

Unfortunately I bought two bedrolls. Let me explain with reference to their previous reply to my two star review. Before initial purchase I enquired about import charges - some businesses do include them in their final price - and was told that I would be responsible for them but that if I had the item sent to my brother in the UK I would, naturally, pay UK VAT but he could then send it to me in Italy and, as a 'person to person' (as opposed to business) it would be tariff free. It didn't seem entirely ethical but I duly ordered and paid but this was untrue, as we soon found out. I expected it to stay in the UK until my next visit but he sent it down to me anyway deciding he would pay the duties. It got lost, and he, until today, was in negotiation to retrieve the costs. Today it came. I decided to purchase another (khaki this time, not green) so sold was I by the comments and its general appearance. Their website actually says, and still says, €599.95 ALL TAXES PAID (image attached). Of course, that's taxes not tariffs and duties and those, combined with a small handling charge made by the shipper, should amount to an additional €100 or so I fully expected to pay. When the courier presented me with a bill for over €240 I could see they were charging me UK VAT unjustly, if not illegally, and I was paying EU VAT not only on the item but on the UK VAT, I refused delivery and got in touch with Wynnchester immediately giving them the option of paying the discrepancy (they could still, after all, register the sale as "export 0% VAT") but they declined. They accepted that I had been misled by the "all taxes paid" claim and I that I wasn't made aware of the full costs before purchase. The matter was then between themselves and their courier TNT. I was told that I would have to wait until the item was back with them before refund, incorrectly but by distance selling regulations they had up to thirty days anyway, but after fourteen or so they refunded me. If they have still to receive the returned item then the matter is, as it has been for a month, between themselves and TNT. Their innuendo that I might have received the second bedroll after being refunded for it is beneath contempt. As for being the "most troublesome customer in the history of commerce" then you can only wonder at what these people are really like when the only trouble I put them to was to refuse to accept paying VAT on top of VAT and buying two of their bags. I have wondered and subsequently removed a star from this review but anyone reading this must make up their own mind.

I would now like to explain about my critique of the quality of the bedroll. I have attached a photograph of the stitching. It will not be easy to see but the lines really are as wavering as this section of the zip lines appears. The tension of the underneath thread is too loose hence being pulled to the surface with the related bagginess you can see on the top. This level of stitching prowess is repeated throughout the item. Following Wynnchesters's to my last review I asked me neighbour, a professional auto-trimmer to look, and he told me that the standard of stitching would never be accepted at Fiat and further that it was quite likely either the person who sewed it was only partially trained or the machine they used was inadequate.

The rather hysterical person responsible for replying to my review posed two questions:

What sort of terrible person writes a review like this, which could very well destroy a small business like ours?

How on earth can he sleep well at night? Other than in his bedroll maybe

In reply, terrible or not I'm the sort of person who only writes reviews when something has been well above, or well below expectations.

As to how on earth I can sleep well at night, I can because I wrote an honest review about a product that could disappoint. My advice to you, apart from avoiding showing how unpleasant you can be, is learn from honest reviews.

The equipment is a bit heavier, but it will survive the next world war. The sleeping climate is quite pleasant. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to test it in the snow, but comes yet. Perfect for bike tours or canoe trips

Firstly what a great company! The communication throughout the ordering and delivery stages is brilliant, then on to the product itself which in my case was the Adventurer Bedroll really good quality workmanship would hightly recommend.

Great service,... friendly people and the bedroll is a fantastic product. I am outdoors all the time and this is ecxactly what I was looking for.
