Avoid. They failed to dissolve my LLC and are now leaving me with legal and financial consequences.
I used CompanySage / WyomingLLCAttorney to form and later dissolve Saltousis LLC (a Delaware entity). The company was open for roughly six months, conducted zero business, and generated no income. That was years ago. I am still dealing with the fallout today.
Here is what happened:
They promised the dissolution would be handled at no cost to me — confirmed in writing and over the phone — because of their own failures: significant delays and their inability to help me open a bank account as promised. Then, without informing me, two dissolution attempts in April 2025 failed due to payment processing issues on their end. They never told me. They never fixed it. The LLC remained active with the State of Delaware the entire time.
As a result: the company was never formally dissolved, annual reports were never filed, and I am now receiving invoices from CT Corporation and facing issues with the IRS — all because they quietly dropped the ball and said nothing.
When I finally confronted them, their response was essentially: the payment failed on our end, but since we've already cancelled your registered agent subscription, we can no longer help you dissolve it — please contact Delaware directly. They acknowledged their own payment failure caused this, yet refused to take responsibility.
They also addressed one of my emails with the wrong name ("Hi Omar") — a small detail that says a lot about how they handle customer accounts.
I have preserved every email and phone confirmation. If you are a non-resident or international entrepreneur relying on these services to properly close a company, do not trust them to follow through. The consequences — active LLC status, unfiled reports, IRS exposure — can follow you for years.

Basically:
1. they didnt open the company on time.
2. they didnt provide a free bank account
3. they did not close the company as promised.
4. they left me hanging.
5. their support doesnt respond

How can anyone take these people seriously, they failed to do my filing on time, then even though your llc is dissolved, they send you annual bills for services that are not used or required. even though multiple emails have since passed to clear up the last fake invoice fiasco.

Stay away from this company! they are completely incapable of handling even basic correspondence

Due to their own disorganization, one check was properly delivered while the second was lost/destroyed. Now I’m left chasing my bank to fix their mistake and reissue my funds, creating even more unnecessary delays.

To make matters worse, they are refusing to refund the $50 fee they charged just to send the check in the first place—despite the fact that the entire situation stems from their own errors.

Communication has been a nightmare from the start. I had to open multiple support tickets just to get them to send a check at all. Every step of the process has been slow, confusing, and poorly handled.

This has been a total breakdown in basic operations - disorganized, inefficient, and extremely frustrating to deal with. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this service to think twice.
