The goods I sent were of terrible quality, customer support never responded to the three different e-mails I sent them complaining about the goods, and when I tried to publish my own reviews of the goods on their website, the reviews were never published. I personally can't say I'd trust them again.

Drop shipper. Found out too late so I’m out money, but lessons learned. Found the same bag with the same stock photo on Ali express.

Placed an order for 3 rings and a bracelet. Still waiting on my baby dragon ring but everything else received and very good quality. All my enquiries have been met with fast responses. Thanks Clairol and the other team members. Have ordered from here previously and will continue to do so.

Don't buy from these guys. The items DO NOT look as giid as in the ads. Plus I paid for two rings and sent me only one and never got in touch when I mentioned. TOTAL SCAM!

I have purchased a variety of jewelery and moulds from them over the last few years and I've always been happy with my purchases. The items have arrived exactly as they were described and the customer service is responsive, fast and generous in my experience. The prices are reasonable for the quality of their pendants and I haven't had any issues with the dragon moulds.

Paid over 90 pound for item broke after a month, emailed them best thing they could do was 10% discount on next sale, they have review on website saying people are satisfied but they are the ones who put them up therefore they are in control of what you see

The glass is cheap - unsure it’s even glass - and it’s dirty.

Prices were in USD but not listed till I had spent the money (thinking AUD)

Tried to cancel shortly after and they replied - sorry no refunds after they sent the order out days later…

I am too embarrassed to give this as a gift and am 68.93AUD out of pocket. For a fake glass “wine bottle” when marketed a Thor hammer decanter.

Terrible product. I ordered a full set of finger claw armor in gold. It was too small for even the largest piece to fit on my pinky. The armor was not connected as was pictured, but came in thin, flimsy pieces in sets of two or three. Useless, unwearable and just an outright lie as to what I was meant to be receiving. Customer service ignores your concerns if you’ve technically “received the product,” even if the product was not at all as advertised.

I ordered the fylgja fox triquetra earrings over a month ago and still haven't received them. I received a notification that the parcel had shipped but after two weeks USPS was saying they still hadn't received the package. I contacted Wyvern's Hoard customer service and they said I had to wait 20 days before they would investigate. After day 20, USPS still said they hadn't received my order yet, so I reached out again to Wyvern's Hoard customer service and they said they would look into it. It took them over a week and several more emails to confirm that the order had been lost. I asked them to send me a replacement or a refund and it took multiple emails for them to say they were sending me a replacement, but I still haven't received tracking info for that. I'm starting to think this company is a huge scam. I will never buy from them again. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Ripped off and ignored.
They even had the nerve to post a delivery guarantee post or a full refund..My courier even provided them proof of loss of parcel and the shop has been ignoring me for weeks now.

I placed an order and somehow the address got messed up. Their customer service caught it and alerted me to the problem. Was able to fix it and now it shipped.

Do not buy from this company I purchased a necklace the king of death card and it look nothing like the picture do not I repeat do not buy from these people

Wasn't satisfied with how hard it is to actually see any details on the pendent just looks like a silver square

I love all the little trinkets and jewelry as well as the #MondayMyth. If I had to complain about anything it would be two things, the first is the amount of time it takes for shipping (I understand at the moment it is mostly the postal services fault) and the other is that there aren't more decorative items. But this is a good store all around.

Ordered two items in beginning of February, received one 3 weeks after about, second item didn't ship until a month later. Can't blame them too much though because of Covid and such. Love the shark rings I ordered, too bad one slipped off while at work ;(

The product you sent was a poor facimile of what i ordered. The detail in it wasn't as good, it was flimsy, inferior metal; there was no blackening in it, it was smaller than listed by almost half and the piece was warped. I found the acutal product on another site for a third the price.
