I didn't like that they had to call me when my payment didn't go through. I had everything right and I felt my security was threatened. It's scary giving financial information period. If it wasn't approved, it was because my bank wanted to insure the purchase was valid.

Poor customer service
This X-All company seems to be in the business of scamming people out of their money. Customer service is reading off of a script. I DO NOT and can not recommend them. I can't say if the actual product is any good, I don't have it just less money in my bank account. One star was generous.

The communication was great
The communication was great. I am not happy with the wipes for the glasses. They dry out too fast and you have to use several on one pair to get them clean.

Pay attention to all of the 1 stars!!! Clearly this is a scam with so many people saying the same thing!! Useless; BUT, it is expensive! It works on some basic cleaning needs, but absolutely positively not anything that the advertisement showed, such as an oven door. No difference then soap and water and a little elbow grease, which means you still have a dirty oven door!! At best you might’ve gotten a little bit of the most recent splatters off. I will still use it so as not to waste it, but what I would love is my $30 back! What a waste of money… I’d say it’s worth 3.99. It is the last time I will get sucked into any advertisement that I see online. I honestly can’t believe there are any positive reviews…the person who gave it 3 stars, even though they said it doesn’t do what it claimed to do, is curious to me. And offering me Balance rewards…PLEASE! NO THANK YOU!!
