NOTHING BUT 5-STARS!
The order was fulfilled in such a short time that I started out being impressed. Then once the product arrived I immediately put it to use and it is AWESOME! Thank you for developing this easy and resourceful cleaner! I have used it in bathrooms and on concrete flooring that had mold buildup as well. And, I plan on finding many other ways to utilize it! I especially LOVE that it is odorless! Most cleaners are so pungent but I cannot discern any odor and I do have a keen sense of smell. So, I DEFINITELY LOVE THAT FACT in addition to how EASY it is to use when removing built up soap scum in showers/bathtub and sinks.

Don't buy this product it is a scam and if you have bought it good luck trying to return it they want you to pay shipping and 10% restock fee plus you have to eat the shipping you have already paid my best advice is if you have already purchased this product file a fraud claim with your bank or credit card company and file a complaint with the federal trade commission and report x-all to the better business bureau that is what we are doing so that we can get a full refund that is what we are doing

I am pleased with results!
I decided to try this product & it exceeded my expectations. I used it to clean a toilet that had need used & the lid closed without flush for months. It was stained terribly. I used X-All & it came clean. I now use the product on sinks that are water stained too. It works great!

Don't clean as easy
I just used the product on my Ninja air fryer just like the ad. It didn't work at all. The grease was still there. Wiping it off so easy is not true. You have to scrub hard and try not to damage your appliance.

I have been trying to get an return order shiptment label since 3/23from X-all ..order # XA-250680..they keep sending me the same emails over and over again, however on 3/28 I received an email from customer support saying " they issued me a ticket and it would take up to 48 hrs for and agent to respond , on 4/1, I sent another email to customer support asking when will I receive the return shiptment label ? I have kept all their emails with names and dates to this day still have not received return shipping label< I feel they don't want to give me a refund they are trying to hold out until the 4/19 when my 30 days will be up
