Purchased a roof rack came with packs of nuts and bolts written in Chinese NO instructions whatsoever. Ok once constructed looks good but give yourself 2hours at least to figure it out doesn’t say this on purchase. For a Jimny by the way

Bought some hubcaps for my Tesla and they arrived promptly and as described! Asked for a paper receipt instead of the Shopify order confirmation and they replied within a couple hours 🙂

Purchased VF-VE commodore SV 6 door visors. Product quality ok but rear shades are wrong and front molding near mirrors has large gap and no adhesion. I do not recommend this product.

Had a great experience with X-Car! I mistakenly bought the wrong boot liner, had a hassle free return process, with quick and friendly communication throughout.

Once I ordered the correct boot liner, it was the perfect fit and cost 25% of the OEM option, and is better designed as it can remain in place when 3rd row seats are put up.

Really great car mats for Kia Carnival. Thick and durable. With 3 kids I wanted something that will help protect and last, without lifting, curling or sliding around. I can easily vacuum and wipe or blow dirt and grime.
Fast and efficient service too.
Will buy window shades next.

Ordered product to be told they can't do delivery to second largest city in WA because they can't find a courier to do it. WTF. I even gave them contact of local courier who would do it. Very disappointed and they provided no logical response. They are full of shit.

Brought a sunshade for my car. Was way too big. Emailed to say I was going to send it back. They asked for photos. I also ended up doing a video. Their customer service sent emails on how to correctly fit it. After the video their team said it was faulty. The size was all wrong. I sent it back. Paid postage. I did get a refund, however, did not get a refund for the postage. Even though I ordered the correct product. The company clearly, do like dealing with returns for items that are not suitable.
I would not order from them again, or recommend them.

Very unhappy with this dash mat and the customer service from this company is unacceptable.
The dash mat is not what is advertised in the product description and as per photos. It is a completely different material to what is described. It has a horrible toxic smell and it does not fit properly.
I emailed the company and they admitted that the dash mat advertised is not what they sold to me. They have changed the material and style. This is false and misleading advertising which is a breach of Australian consumer law. They then expected me to pay postage for the product to be returned before you would look at any type of refund. I have not heard back from them since bringing this up this with them.

They are way too dark. They make the blind spot from your pillar much larger, making it very unsafe to drive. You can see the difference in the passenger-side photos. Additionally, the amount of reflection they caused inside the car was really bad and surprising; this can be seen in the driver's side photos.
The other photos are of them off the car and in the sun, and they are basically solid black.
Their customer service team do not care. When I asked about their darkness and provided the photos in this review to the company. They said, and I'm quoting this from their communication with me. "There's no regulation on how dark whether shields can be."

Tub liner did not fit as advertised. Asked for it to be returned and a refund and got an offer of 20% compensation refund to keep the faulty product. It appears it was known it was not the right size for the vehicle it was advertised for. Requested again for exchange for correct fitting tub liner or a full refund and no response. No phone nos to call. I would avoid!

I pre ordered some car seat covers. Was told they would be with me end of November and then was told no they’ll be there end of December. I received an email saying the seat covers are back in stock weeks ago and yet they still have not been sent. I have sent multiple emails to this company following up my order with no response and there are no contact numbers. I have paid hundreds for these which it looks like I’ve now lost. DO NOT buy from this company if you are expecting a product after payment.

Less than zero is what they deserve. My parcel still hasn’t been delivered and the keep referring me to to Couriers Please instead of a refund which is what I requested. Shonky operation this one. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Stay away.

I was a little unsure about ordering online, but had no need to worry, product was shipped and arrived quickly, it fits perfectly in my new Mazda, they will do the job amazingly, great product, can recommend 😉
