Delay in dispatch of order. Needed item to take to France. Told dispatched to reach by Thursday. Only just arrived in time.

Whilst the jerseys i order took a while to arrive (getting the fit right) I can whole heartedly say it was worth the wait, Laura was more than happy to keep me updated and Ian was fantastic drawing the jerseys up,

All the customers I have since sold the jerseys to have had nothing but good feedback, lightweight high quality and astonishingly good prices.

As always with custom designs the help given and ideas were top quality. Chose a design and had 2 shirts in about a week ready to use at the Wigan 10k. The jerseys make great running tops also.

Ordered a custom jersey with a few weeks to go before Ard Rock. No Comms about ordering being delayed or how long to wait. When I got back from Ard Rock I sent a simple email to chase and suddenly it got sent out.

If I said my new tees fit really nicely and are brilliant quality. Infact, I can't believe they can sell them at such a great price! You will all want to pile on and buy the remaining available stock.
But, now I've found such a brilliant supplier, please don't, or there won't be any left for my next purchases. 🫣😏

Still not received item . Months have gone by ..awful…

This item was ordered in September, the only updates I have had were after chasing. I was told would be dispatched with as soon as through customs. Label was generated, parcel has not been handed to the delivery company? I have been what I believe to be very patient, throughout, and have emailed with no response so unfortunately this is the review I have to give. It’s a shame as I have ordered from them before and the product is very good.

Ordered over a month ago and did not arrive, emailed them and was told that it was not in stock and that I should have been notified but they could see I wasn't. They then said that it is now in stock and that they would upgrade my delivery to DPD to make sure I get it by Christmas and that they would send me the tracking, a week later no tracking and I had to email them again, no response for a couple of days and told me that they didn't catch it in time and was sent by Everi, the worst delivery service around. They said that it had been delivered and left in a safe place, after searching and knocking on neighbours doors it was found 2 doors up, would never buy from them again, terrible service.

Good company and great clothing will be ordering again

My order took a little while to arrive due to a supplier issue but was totally worth the wait. I’m 6’4” and 23st and have been struggling to find MTB gear that fits well for years!

The trousers not only fit well, but are made of a material that stretches so I’m not concerned about splitting them when on the trail :)

X5cape offers decent products, but their delivery and communication need significant improvement. While some items eventually arrive and are of good quality, long wait times of several weeks seem common, with some orders taking much longer or not arriving at all. The fit of some custom items can be hit or miss, and some worry about the durability of prints. Although the price is competitive, the frustration of delayed deliveries might make customers reconsider. Using PayPal for protection is advisable if you decide to purchase from them. Overall, X5cape is an average experience with room for improvement.

The clothing is really good quality, just be aware it is cut on the tight side, which is to be expected. Also if you order a custom size it can take a very long time to arrive...

Amazing customer service and wonderful products

Hasn’t even shipped the 2nd half of my order, that I placed 8 whole months ago, and leaves my dry every time I contact them, absolute bs. I don’t know who’s at fault but if you want anything to arrive before next bike park season, don’t order from this company

Great product, excellent quality, feels good while riding overall top quality. Only thing I would say is that the feet holes on the trousers are a bit tight and bit of a squeeze to get my feet in
