I've come from Rocket 21, and noticed there's no client portal area for you to do withdrawals. So I cannot make any withdrawals?

Stressfull and uncomfirtable working environment
If there were an option to rate below 1 star, I would give this company 0.1 stars.
Nouman (who sometimes called himself Sufyan), the CEO of this company, also runs several other startups such as X9Trader, X9HQ, and other businesses under Finmetrik Solution.
I joined X9HQ as a Senior Frontend Developer and completely revamped their entire application, which was initially in very poor condition. I worked for them for one year with full dedication, despite the tight budget. During this time, developers were tracked through multiple tools like Worktivity, Zoho Messenger Client, and Finmetrik XESuite. We were forced to check in on all these platforms before starting work, creating a very uncomfortable working environment with no mental peace.
He provided all developers with the Cursor paid tool, and near the end of my time with the company, I requested a salary increase — which he never considered and simply stopped responding to my messages. Instead, they suddenly accused me of misusing their Cursor subscription, which I never intentionally did, and also claimed I was working on other platforms while their tracker was on. When I asked for proof, they failed to provide any and terminated my contract within one hour.
He even threatened me to return his money, which is completely unfair, especially considering the dedication and effort I put into the work. This entire situation destroyed my mental peace and created an extremely stressful and hostile environment.
I do not recommend this company to any developer. Initially, they will attract you with promises, but later they will exploit you and discard you like a tissue paper.

It's a shame
It's a shame, impossible to use...this is the way Rocket21 found to get rid of its customers...stop loss doesn't work, the app doesn't work, you cannot check your open trades.

Worst trading app ever
Worst trading app ever. Had to try to give it a chance because of Rocket21 but it's just hopeless. Most of the time can't log in, once the app is running it is lagged, it crashes, some charts does't work. And the thing the app is on a "BETA phase" and you are suppose to be providing a reliable product to your client is incredible. What a shame.

It's been extremely frustrating since…
It's been extremely frustrating since Rocket 21 switched to this new platform. The stop loss feature doesn't work properly, the server keeps crashing, and I can't even log in half the time. This is now day four of missing trades and being unable to enter positions, leading to repeated losses. It's unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. 1 to 2 weeks is alot to ask

Startes using it througn rocket 21. It a really slow server, cant even see my trades, it lags to submit my trades and to close my trades, and when they close i already lost some of my profiys

It'd be great if they fixed those issues
The platform seems fine, but the buttons don't work. I am using it through rocket21 prop firm. I can't even put stoploss or edit trades. It's super frustrating. If they fix that, I'm sure it will be great platform. The problem is, they don't even have any support system. I tried to reach out and got nothing back.

This platform is literally a joke!
This platform is literally a joke, i am using them through prop firm rocket 21 and the platform does not even allow me to place stop losses or take profits on my trades. There is also no support of any sort to help with any issues that you WILL run into. save your time and money and move on to more reliable platmorms that are reputable

We had a great experience during whole onboarding process for the platform, Compliance and KYC was Quick and faster, platform is also stable and it provide more functionality then other competitors,
