I saw an ad for Xandres Sales on Instagram and ordered clothes and shoes from the site. When the goods did not arrived, I received messages saying goods were being shipped shortly.
After 6 weeks, I realised this was not right so I contacted Xandres at their headquarters. I sent them screen shots of the fake ads and made them aware of the situation. For the last week, I have seen this same fake ad every day so obviously Xandres has not managed to get rid of this scam. Come on Xandres - you are a fine company who had a good reputation. You can do better than this - I know of three other people who have been scammed like me. In the meantime, stay clear of Xandres on line!

my first order in Xandres online shop and immediately there is a problem. I have written to the customer service, they answered but doesn't offer any solution at all. The problem: I have bought a dress, price 200 EUR. Had it only once in the office and got a stain just from water (!). The care label on the dress reads wash cold and shape when wet. I have decided to wash the dress in a cold water without detergent. After the dress was dry, it become at least one size smaller. I was rather shocked, why, I have used only cold water, hand wash, no detergent. And then, surprise, surprise, on the back side of the care label it is written: no wash, only dry cleaning. Whaaat!!! One label, two contradictory instructions. Since then I am trying to get an exchange or refund, without success. After my last email 10 days ago, just no answer at all. No need to mention, that I will never ever buy something in this shop, and I cannot recommend it!
