Absolutely outrageous and poor Customer Service. The support email does not even respond.i ordered a vitamin supplement which not arrive after 30 days of me ordering it and paying for it . I sent various emails to support for a full refund because of the product never arrived . Yesterday after I have to emailed support for refund , I just saw an email from the company today that order has been .dispatched .
As this happened xara will now expect me to pay for sending it back which is incorrect and actually against their own policy . if I could give them a zero star I honestly would . I recommend nobody should buy from this website they’re just a bunch of thieves order placed 18/4

If I could give no stars I would. Pretended to be the manufacturer of a supplement I purchased via Afterpay. When I realised what had happened I raised a dispute with Afterpay but they just told me I needed to "work with the merchant" who has not responded to any of my emails and I've still had to pay for the product, with fees because Afterpay refuses to look into the dodgy merchant. DO NOT purchase from this scam company or for that matter use Afterpay - they have absolutely no buyer protections in place.

Absolute scam. Tried contacting 4 times, support email address doesn't work, no information about shipping.

I have reached out to their email and no messages back no updates no shipping tracking! I will do a chargeback today!

Haven’t heard from them since taking my money. No updates no phone number to call customer service. Super gutted I’m guessing I got scammed? :(
