AVOID - SCAM - FAKE.
The site looks real, i paid my money to get my xbox fixed. Payment went though, my online portal is at the awaiting collection status. Then thats it. I have emailed them, tried online chat - noone is there to answer back, their online number is an automated message. Its been 3 weeks now, they have taken my money and gone silent!!!!
Had my console repaired here and found them to be very helpful and fast! - had my console back in 4 days as I was not close enough for local repair
Emailed them about an Xbox 360 E that won't power on. Got some excellent advice. (It's not economical to repair but can buy a second hand one with warranty quite cheaply). Great to get a speedy reply even if we couldn't do business. So top marks for service.
This company are the BEST!! They offered excellent advice and further info despite the fact that they were unable to repair my console but the honesty that they could not repair it speaks volumes in itself!!

We have used XBox PCPro several times. We couldn't afford a new XBox 360 so we owned a couple of used ones over a couple of years. XBox PCPro were great at fixing them when we had the 3-red-lights-ring-of-death. Always swift, affordable, easily to book online and friendly communications. I don't much rate the service of iPost couriers but that's not XBox PCPro's fault!
i had issues with the delivery company and Xboxpcpro sorted everything, even delivering my ps3 back to me personally. Excellent repairs too. Can't fault them.

I needed to have my laptop repaired as it was too slow and I think it had some viruses I could not remove
I took my device to Xboxpcpro and the diagnosed the issue for free and promised to install some free software that would regularly keep my system clean and fast, I came later that afternoon to collect my laptop which was now as fast as I remembered it and all my data was intact
With everything looking good I also came back with a faulty console which they got going in 1 hour!
