So Disappointing

Disappointing. SO DISAPPOINTING. I am a Dubai resident and I asked a friend who lives in Kuwait to buy something for me to be delivered in a kuwait address. I found the item i want in xcite.com which i realize now as a very bad idea. Though their e-customer service were very responsive on chat, they cannot provide a concete details on the delivery like driver's number etc. VERY Late delivery, ooops no! my item is actually not yet delivered up to now. and they promise to deliver it today and still no delivery came.

How will anyone be encourage to repeat order if their system is not good. Buyers are stressed, mentally & emotionally. Instead of giving convenience, they gave me and my friend a hard time.

At this point, im not sure if the order will be delivered, nor my friend's money will return.

Now tell me? are they deserving of any stars for rating? I DONT THINK SO!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service
Ordered full automatic washing machine they have delivered damaged one and the person came for installation told it will be replaced in 2 -3days but no one came yet it’s been 8th day customer care agent just saying wait wait they will call you but they don’t know when they will come and replace

I bought a new iphone 14 pro and when i opened the box the screen was scratched so i called the call center and they told me to visit the nearest store. So i went to the nearest store and they checked the device and the employee told me he will check with management and give me a call. So i returned home and the employee called and he told me that i have to raise a complaint through whats app chat and management will look into it. I don't know why they trouble the client with all this procedures and now I'm waiting two budiness days for management to look for my complaint and management have fridays off.

They have fake sales

They have fake sales, so when you see a OMG ITS 99% OFF, 50% OFF, or anything really just know its the original price, when i exposed them they instantly shut me off because they know how dangerous i am, im working with many kuwaiti influencers to cancel xcite

Terrible service

I bought 2 Air conditions, 2 months ago.
The guys who came to install made a bunch of wholes on the wall. They compensated me by letting the guys who installed it pay for the damage.
In the show room they told me there is a 1 year warranty, but now we called them to fix the AC that we bought from them 2 months ago, but they wouldn’t send anyone without paying a fee for fixing the AC. How is that warranty if your letting the client pay for the fixing of the AC?

Yesterday I went to take apple watch…

Yesterday I went to take apple watch from farwaniya branch. When I approached a staff who was handling apple watches , he did not respond at all . I was standing next to him waited for 5mins and asking some information about the watch he dint even see my face , he was just speaking with his colleague. I went to another person to ask about it, he took me again to this same person but now he was trying to communicate with him even then he dint respond. Then he forcefully turned other persons face towards us to talk with us . He saw us finally and all he said was YES. We really felt very embarrassed and left the showroom went next door to other showroom room wher we were treated very politely by a Filipino lady and I purchased my watch thr.

It's a nerve wrecking experience with…

It's a nerve wrecking experience with refund and cancellation most employees are not customer oriented people I've purchased AC with them the sales man informed me to be delivered in 2 days and I must removed everything and make the AC slot open so I did and when the day comes the purchased item wasn't delivered as promised date and time I made a follow up on customer service online and he is very rude and he even dropped my call I be able to hold my composure and I visit the branch where I've purchased the AC and I give them a second chance to prove their integrity and services the next day the AC arrived at my location the delivery people who supposedly install the AC refused to put in its designated slot because they told me that there's no frame in it so I insisted there was and it's not a big deal because in no time I can provide since I kept the old frame and they said no you should put a cement before placing the frame so I told them just put the AC and some body will fix it so that it will not leak the cold air outside and the delivery insisted that still they don't install the AC so I said since you don't install I will cancel this and I will get my refund so after that long arguements I rush to the branch on that very moment for cancellation I was really devastated and really mad with the customer service at the branch where they have no experience in handling customer complaints so one of the staff assured me that on the following day I will get my refund so the next day I go back to the same branch to take my refund what happened was they point me to person to another person until I lost my composure and started raising my voice towards them one of them told me that I should respect them what on earth how could I respect people not even give respect to their customer they longing for respect but they don't even earn it from themselves I was standing there for almost 2 hours waiting and hoping to get my refund my time was waisted and I left the branch empty handed they're terrible in refund unlike any other stores to mention Extra Stores Panda Jarir you get refund and exchange items in no time. Xcite is not a place to make business I swear they will never prosper unless they have to train and put a right personnel for the job good luck to their business it's the most severe worst employees I've ever encountered in Saudi Arabia they must remember without customer they will not survive in the business sector where they belong they have to change the management the people and their work ethics if they want to survive. They don't value a single customer they're heartless people no compassion no moral standards lack of professional experience they don't even deserve a 1 star I rate them negative not even a zero

Don't buy from xcite unless you want to…

Don't buy from xcite unless you want to waste your money. I ordered e earbuds than they charged 35 riyals for delivery after they said wrong mobile number after I give another mobile number and they said we can't delivery to your address we will cancel the order, after I call customer service they said they don't know about it, again I called customer service they said it will take 4 days. After three days again I called customer service they collect details from me they said we will inform you when your order ready.. but until now waiting...no response

Number one Worst customer service I…

Number one Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I regret buying to this store in Xcite King Abdullah store Riyadh branch they are not attending to filipino customers even if we are the one who came first they are not minding us and let us wait for and hour, without proper instructions and so i ask a favor to atleast try the item before we leave because we are far from the store but they didnt mind us. Please do something about this coz this is unacceptable they should treat all customers fairly and improve your customer relationship. Have a training for them on how to treat customers right

Most of my purchases from Xcite have…

Most of my purchases from Xcite have something off about them, from tv’s, phones, laptops, headphones everything has something wrong with it, they 100% sell refurbished or renewed items as new many people will agree on this, stay away from xcite.

DO BETTER!

I am from the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and I had ordered a phone from Xcite KSA not knowing that the phone and the glass screen protectors (for both iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max) would come from Riyadh (Big mistake I have made since I have had bad experiences with online shopping in Saudi Arabia). Anyway I got my phone with the correct specs I had ordered but as for my glass screen protectors, instead of sending me clear, they sent me a privacy glass (black colour).
Before my products have arrived here, I had actually cancelled the glass screen protector for iPhone 13 Pro Max (12 hours after I have ordered) as my father had bought and received his phone here and it would make sense to buy it from here on that day and so I requested a refund but they have proceeded to send me both the screen protectors anyway without even reviewing my refund request.
This is the 10th day and I had actually received my products last Thursday (thanks to Naqel Express) and I have been calling customer care regarding the shipment of my glass screen protectors and all that they would say is they will email the concerned department and contact me urgently. Okay but for how long should I have to wait? This is really getting onto my nerves!
This company does not deserve a one-star rating because of rude customer service and absolute lazy workers who take the pandemic as an excuse when the restrictions related to the pandemic are lessening as days go by. X-Cite.com, DO BETTER BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!

I could have given them a zero rating X-Cite KSA

Alhamdulillaah, received my refund after I posted my review here.

I could have given them a zero rating. I can term them criminals for torturing us when it comes to refunds. I have bought one AC on 2nd Aug 2021 and they delivered to me wrong model. The product was bad and then if you have problem you have to contact the 3rd party. Now I had to run after that 3rd party. No problem it took me sometime to get them to my house and get me a written complaint.
After the complaint Xcite decided to refund me. Yes I felt good after so much of struggle that I had been through but that was tip of an iceberg.
Now the Sept'21 has started and I am still running after them for my refund. I might have contacted them 1000s of times now.
They sent my refunded cash to the wrong bank and now they ask me to contact my bank and sort it out.
I feel so helpless. I do not know what to do.

I have been their customer for my whole…

I have been their customer for my whole life. They have most of the things I want at good prices. Anything you want you might find it there, But if you decided to return anything and get a refund the will torture you, and make you lose your mind. 2 weeks for a refund is a lot but hey I don’t need the money any time soon, so 2 weeks is good. Did they complete the refund after those 2 weeks? NO and I don’t think am going to receive my money any time soon. I called them many times, no help at all.

Hi its me Aakash i am a customer i have bought airpods bluetooth from marina mall branch i bought just yesterday actually the bluetooth is doesn't works every 1/2 hours automatic came sounds like crack and when someone calling it will be suddenly stop that's why i went to there i talked nicely with staff i inform my problem but staff is laughing and i asked why you are laughing they're really don't listen don't care with customaer and then i called to shop manager i told manager all about the problems he said direct no we can't again manager also suddenly leave me omg this is really not good behaviour with customer every customer is same right honestly i can say that very very bad customer service in marina branch xcit..
should be respect them please HR alghanim just give training to all staff and manager thank you.
