I received the reimbursement without any unnecessary complications.Communication with customer service was also very easy and pleasant. I’m glad that I purchased the delivery insurance. My package was delivered to the wrong building and they said that they did not receive it. I called and Aurora was able to resend my package. I received it by USPS instead. Thank you very much for the prompt response and delivery.

Davis was our contact there and he dealt with everything for us. Despite the frustration of the item being stolen, the subsequent dealings with the insurance company were straightforward and our replacement item was dispatched within a couple of days.
