I used Xcitton insurance when ordering…

I used Xcitton insurance when ordering a solar battery. It was damaged during shipping. Xcotton went above and beyond to help me, and at the end of the day worked with the merchant to send me the broken parts. Sunny at Xcotton was the one who helped, thank you Sunny!

Got resolved!

Was a bit slower getting everything together but when dealing with insurance what isn’t? Other than that great communication from staff and super good help.

Excellent Support and Great Communication

I would like to sincerely thank both the xcotton team for their support throughout this process.

They stayed in constant contact with me, provided regular updates, and helped resolve all the issues along the way. The level of service was excellent, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

I had an issue with a missing product…

I had an issue with a missing product due to a tampered package, which was quite concerning at first. However, the Xcotton support team handled the situation very professionally.

A special thanks to **Aurora** from the support team — she was very responsive, helpful, and guided me clearly through the entire shipping protection and refund process.

The refund was processed smoothly and within the promised timeframe, which I really appreciate.

Overall, a great support experience despite the initial issue. Thank you, Aurora and Xcotton team!

Highly recommended for their customer service.

🚴‍♂️ Fast, Reliable Service & Excellent Customer Support!

I bought a few things for my new bike, like a helmet, a lock, and some other accessories. Unfortunately, a couple of the items arrived damaged, which was disappointing at first.

However, when I made a claim through this company, they handled everything quickly and efficiently. It’s a completely different experience compared to normal insurance, which can take months to resolve. I submitted my claim last week, and by the next week I already had my money back — even a bit extra.

The process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Really impressed with the customer service and how quickly they sorted everything out. Definitely a company you can rely on.

I would like to thank the Xcotton Support Team, and especially Sunny, for the excellent customer service.

Sunny’s response was clear, polite, and very reassuring. I truly appreciate the proactive approach in contacting the merchant and arranging for the item to be resent. This shows a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.

Sunny also communicated the next steps clearly, including providing the tracking information once available, which helped build trust and transparency throughout the process. The friendly and professional tone made the entire interaction smooth and pleasant.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the support experience. Sunny’s helpful attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction made a real difference.
