Approved but I didn’t get reimbursed

I was approved for a claim 8 days ago and they said that they reimbursed me but I never received payment from them. I contacted them on email yesterday and they didn’t respond to my email. I submitted all of the documents that they said they needed and I expect payment for my claim that they approved.

Concert booking

Took out insurance for concert booking. Didn't think I would need it. Due to a medical problem which resulted in surgery, I was unable to attend the concert. I provided medical evidence with my claim, it was approved within 24 hrs and ticket cost was refunded swiftly.

I had 2 issues

I had 2 issues; 1) you have to make sure the file is on the device and not in a shared folder, for example a Google drive, 2) It should be acceptable to enter a date prior to 5/4.. People's bodies heal at different rates, especially the elderly or those who are handicapped like me.
