The product ordered was different than…
The product ordered was different than the product delivered in three ways:
I ordered a control panel for a 7328, but a panel for 7245 was delivered.
I was told the control panel was new, but it is definitely used.
The screen is already compromised because it is old and the contrast is causing it to be faint even when turned to 90%. This means that it will have a short life.
If I had not asked the questions in writing and received answers from Harry in writing I would have no reason to complain, but I did ask the questions and I was not told the right information. It is working temporarily, but I do not expect it to last very long unfortunately. The product arrived earlier than planned so that is good.
