Luke dennis stole my parcel

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Terrible service. I ordered Bloom & Wild flowers for my friend, thinking it would, at worst, be left on his doorstep. When I tracked the parcel, the photo the delivery person took showed the box on the doorstep of a completely different house.
Leaving the box isn't exactly ideal, but I could understand if it was at least left the correct address.
My friend didn't receive a slip or any indication of what neighbour might have taken the box in, so now it is just missing.
Absolutely terrible service.
We ordered from Bloom and Wild some flowers to be delivered for my mums birthday, which should have been straightforward as it was a letterbox delivery. Despite this, Danoel (the courier) took a photo of the outside of the block of flats, and left the parcel on the street, rather than trying to gain access, which would have been easy as my mum was at home and could have easily let him in. The parcel has now been stolen, and this is completely due to negligence. So frustrating.
Paulo the courier just dumped the flowers for my sister’s birthday outside a completely random house, not even within the postcode on the address. Not sure how he got 12 and 289 mixed up- can only presume he couldn’t be bothered. Don’t use this company
Shocking
Delivery made at 1.59 am!!!
Photo was an unrecognised place.
My son had to go hunting around the estate.
Package was flowers from Bloom & Wild. It was a freezing night and they were just left randomly behind the small block of flats. Not by the front door.
It has put me off using Bloom & Wild as this is not the first incident. Environmentally friendly is essential in London but Xeroe is obviously not up to the job
No clue where the photo is of, spent a long time looking for the wall they took a photo of and couldn't find it. Contacted the merchant and they couldn't help either.
On Thursday I ordered a delivery of fresh flowers to come on the Friday. These did not come despite paying for next day delivery as fresh flowers cannot be left out of water for days. On Saturday the tracking was updated to “delivered” while I was at home. No one had knocked on my door or rung the bell, the flowers were no where by my property or misplaced with any neighbours. No delivery photo was posted to confirm delivery. Nothing.
No proof of actual proof of delivery was provided and the parcel certainly wasnt delivered.
I would give zero stars if it were possible! This is now the second time I’ve ordered flowers for my wife to be sent for both anniversary and birthday, and on both occasions I’ve not received anything despite the tracking saying ‘it’s been delivered’. I honestly have no idea how things can go so wrong twice in a row. Do you not provide proper training to your couriers? Are they unable to read a map? Do they even bother attempting a delivery? The latest one was last night, the tracking said the parcel has been ‘posted through letter box’ at 22:25… bear in mind this is a box that it’s contents won’t fit through any normal letterbox, so how is this possible?
It’s unbelievably frustrating as I had hope for the second time, now unfortunately I won’t be using Bloom&Wild again, or any other company that uses this scam of a courier service.

I use Xeroe occasionally for one off deliveries and they are very helpful
We work with XeroE to distribute our magazine across the country. We have been very impressed with their response times, flexibility and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone needing a bespoke & sustainable courier service.
Ordered flowers from a company called Bloom&Wild, who I have ordered from previously. This was for my girlfriend, as part of an anniversary gift. She lives in a block of flats in a prominent location on a juncton in South London. There is approx 150 flats in this block and it has its own 24 hour concierge service metres from the front entrance door. The delivery company ZeroE couldn't find the building on the first occasion, so Bloom&Wild organised redelivery. I've since found out they marked the package as 'delivered' and attached a photo of the location they were left in - I have searched in person and on Google Maps out of curiosity for this location on my girlfriend's road and cannot find it. So ZeroE have delivered the package to the outside of some random building not even on her street. Absolutely disgraceful.

EDIT: We got the delivery and the company followed up with us. Thanks!
Received two emails about an upcoming delivery between 8:30 and 13:00. Nobody came. No option to see how far the driver is from us (website only says it's out for delivery). No option to get in touch. And of course no update from the company about the delay.

Fantastic service. Efficient, reliable and friendly service every time. Would recommend to anyone.
Such a pleasure working with XeroE. Excellent communication throughout. Friendly staff. Prompt pick up and delivery. Great to see sustainable delivery becoming more of an option for businesses.
This company isn't good when keeping its word. The company sent out a driver to do a delivery for my neighbour. While in the car park the driver reversed into my shed denting it and causing the door to Jamm. Driver decided to continue with his delivery before I had to stop him.
Spoke with Pedro the General manager who made all these promises to personal look at the shed to have it sorted. Since the conversation I haven't heard back from him. Typical of what I expected to happen.
Be careful when this company sends out drivers in your property. They are not trust worthy at all.
