I followed a link from the post office website to ensure I purchased my e-sim from a legitimate company. I purchased two e-sims and followed all the instructions to download and activate and yet neither worked. I emailed for support and was ignored. I intend to contact my credit card provider about a chargeback if they don’t refund as I’ve asked them to do. Avoid this company at all costs.
Purchase process is easy but the product doesn't work (all installation and activation steps provided on website followed) and couldn't connect to data outside of wifi for whole trip. Support doesn't respond to emails or the Web form. So either a scam or woefully incompetent.
