The support service is great,on time and effective.The trading platform is awesome,margin is great and spread is very tight .The only problem most of us struggle with is the withdrawal process,not so easy to understand hence I didnt rate it a 5star.But overall its a great broker

So they will not always be processed on the same day, which is the case if requested towards the end of the business day or later EET. If you process them early in the business day then typically they are processed on a same day basis.
