Firstly, I was very sceptical ordering anywhere but from a UK well known retailer. However after a bit of research I saw people had used this site and took the plunge. Before purchasing I spoke with the distributor on WhatsApp about a deal, as I was purchasing a bulk order. Albeit based in China I always got a reply during their working hours. They were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help me. Just be patient, people tend to forget the difference in hours and demand instant replies. If you want that, go to a UK retailer, you’ll pay far more (£17 per B series remote!). DPD decided to deliver 2 of 3 parcels and sent a very expensive item back to the sender, for no reason. I raised this on WhatsApp and Sugar was impeccable. She dealt with DPD, and when they were no help at all she arranged for another Dolphin 2 to be sent out next day delivery and kept me up to date. Parcel arrived as promised and here I am putting in another order. Some stock is in China but if you message to query what you’re looking to buy they’ll check and advise where it’ll come from. China based products, using standard EVRI deliveries take around 10 days to arrive. You can pay more for quicker delivery though.

Problem is after sales. You've just taken £1500 from me and cant answer a question about how to make a simple key. Ive got a customer waiting for their key to be cut but I cant do it because they wont reply anymore!!!!!!!!! Buy from obd2shop.co.uk. ive been buy from them since this. I bought VVDI2 from them and 2 types chip for keys. They send me only one type and only 10 of 20 pieces. I wrote them for a whole month because of their slow answers. Never get the chips which i payed. Now after 1 year and after update software and firmware on interface. It's not working any more, and now I'm writing wit them for a 2 weeks and I want to throw all away from me. It's not simple when you buy something and when you work with it and it stops to work and a car is in garage...
