Bad Internet and poor customer service.
This internet was forced onto us by the apartments I live in. I had 1 gig service and cannot even get that now. My internet was installed 3 weeks ago and ever since then my internet has been crap, won't stay connected, and speeds are too low and inconsistent. Upload speed is so low you cannot even stream when it is one source of our income so we have been losing money since you installed your equipment. Customer service sucks. I have sent in numerous tickets, chatted with you online, and even called. I just keep getting the run around that you are going to forward it to an engineer and someone will get back to me and no one ever does.

I'll admit, I came in giving Ben a bunch of sh** --- mainly because I'm being forced onto your service by my apartment complex.
However, he was professional and answered all of my questions, and honestly showed why he's well built for the position he's in.

Generic provider that preys on bulk apartment deals. No ability to use your own router. Completely locked out of changing any settings other than your wifi password. Terrible service.
