Hohe Gebühren aber gesperrte Karten und Konten

Ich habe vor 2 Monaten einen Account dort eröffnet um von einem Freund etwas Geld zu erhalten. Damit ich das Konto erfolgreich benutzen konnte musste ich wieso auch immer, eine Visa Debit Karte kaufen, 1400 Dollar, hinzukommend eine Gebühr von 400 Dollar welche man mir verschwiegen hat. So alles in allem 1800 Dollar nur dass ich dann mein Konto benutzen durfte. Hat nicht geklappt. Firma hat nonstop behauptet ich hätte die Gebühr nie abbezahlt, während eigener Support mir die Bestätigung zukommen liess. Kann heutzutage weder die Karte noch mein Konto offiziell verwenden. Bekomme keine genauen Informationen. Das Geld das ich empfing ist nach wie vor gesperrt ohne irgendwelche rechtsgültigen Gründe. Habe in der Zwischenzeit bei einer anderen Unternehmung ein Konto eröffnet und das Geld erhalten. Bin noch unklar rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen in keiner Art und Weise empfehlen und rate jedem dringest die Finger davon zu lassen.
