defekt produkt, som de nægter at tage ansvar for

I picked up a “tv bord” from the warehouse in Fredericia the package was damaged when I picked it up, however the staff assured me it was fine inside and encouraged me to take it home.
When I went to assemble the furniture I discovered it was indeed damaged and I quickly contacted support. Support was dreadful, slow to respond, asking me for numbers that didn’t exist, claiming to talk to the supplier to send me replacements but unable to do so because it was now out of stock (though competitors like Biva can still order it). The support person was switched multiple times requiring me to restart the process, they offered a discount if I would keep the very visibly damaged product to which I declined saying I would like a full refund or a replacement (at this time almost two months had passed). When I insisted the supporter proceeded to quote me legal paragraphs claiming I had caused the damage myself and they will not provide any compensation. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life.

After Sales Service At-Its-Best

I bought a lænestole in 2019 from Ilva, who no longer handle that brand. I needed a new remote control as one of the buttons was no longer functioning. I tried for days to locate one without any luck. Even the manufacturer, who had summer closing, wouldn't answer my requests. Finally, I found Adam of XL Møbler Customer Service, who contacted the manufacturer and helped me locate the information for the lænestole which allowed him to finally place the order for me. Without him persevering and going-the-extra-mile, I would never have gotten the new remote. Tusind Tak, Adam.

Very good varieties of products available & they are also customized based on your needs. Staff is good & approachable anytime. Only concern was is the delivery times - sometimes its too long.

Worst and pathetic seller and customer care

I had ordered Royal Spisebord   with 6 chairs, and on their website they mentioned 3 months for delivery. I was fine with that so waited for 3 months, they did not deliver in time and took one more month to deliver.
And story begins after delivery, they are not manufacturing it. They have suppliers from China. They didn't bother to check before delivery and delivered parts from different products, without any manual to fix it. The day I received the product I complained about faulty and wrong products. The customer care didn't bother to check the issue themselves, just forwarded the email to China. 
I had explained the issue in many ways - with pictures and with videos but these DUMBOS were not able to understand and were not agreed upon faulty and wrong products. I requested many times to do the video call to explain the issue but they simply replied saying they can not do the video calls. WHY?? NO REASONS 
I asked them to call their supplier in China but they said they can not call them because of time differences - SERIOUSLY?? if they wanted to resolve these issues they could have called them in the morning CET time but they didn't. They don't give a damn about their customers and problems. These all endless phone calls and email chains took approx 1 and half month, finally they agreed that they delivered faulty and wrong parts. Again they delivered a big frame which they were having in their shop and it didn't work OBVIOUSLY !!!!
They took all their GARBAGES and returned my money, after 5 -6 months. When I asked them for compensation, they simply replied saying that they are not paying  more than I paid them. SERIOUSLY. Compensation means paying extra for the damages you caused to your client. I am not sure they are real dump or playing dumb to avoid further discussion. NOT SURE.
The moral is I wasted my lots lots of time, energy and was not able to do 'housewarming', not able to invite guests in Easter holidays and struggled a lot to convince them that they sent me the GARBAGE.
So if you don't love your life, your precious time and want to waste your hard earned money and want to lose your peace of mind GO and shop with XL-møbler....totally pathetic

No order, no money, no info

They are not delivering my chairs (delay for 3 weeks now, not giving me answer when i can await for chairs, and now stopped answering mail. Oh and phone lines are closed, impossible to get through. Money was withdrawn from my card 4 weeks ago (is that even legal?). No money, no chairs, no information. Extremely disappointed and amazing opportunity for their competitors to get loyal customers.

Edit: so after several promises “we will deliver latest this week” my order never arrived and I have cancelled order and asked my money to be returned. Guess what? They returned money but have deducted double delivery fee from me (one from shipping to me and one from me). Total cost is 400 DKK which is about 50 EUR. But thing is that my order has NEVER arrived to me. Fraudulent business.
And do you want to know what their customer support said to my questions why they have illegally kept my money for 3 weeks and why have they charged in double delivery which has never reached me? They said there is nothing to discuss and they are closing correspondence with me. Very professional, right? Terribly poor and unprofessional.
If this is how they are earning money - time for ombudsmen to step in.
