Fast delivery, prices and items as advertised (out of 10 or so ordered things, never had to return anything). As a bonus, you often get sent discount codes. Will definitely shop there again.

100€ jacket instead of 1000€ leather suit
Instead of a €1000 leather suit, they sent me a €100 textile jacket and after 4 weeks I still haven't received anything, even though I quickly sent the jacket back.

Hollistic offer
Hollistic offer, almost everything thinkable is available.
Somtimes lowest prices you can get in an official shop; not ebay or comparable.

Great boots
Great boots, very comfortable to shift on my cruiser. The shift pad is hard and durable, which make shifting gears much more enjoyable.

The size of the product
The size of the product. The jacket was very short. (I am ~190cm). The trousers are fitting kind of strange. Misleading info, that a back protection is needed (Actually there was one included and i ordered a additional one for nothing)

Processing OK, product not OK
The processing has worked well. Goods were delivered in a reasonable time. However, the ordered motorcycle jacket had a small black part on the left front, just above chest level, which does not belong there. I compared illustrations with the manufacturer. In the end, I did not want the hassle of a complaint and return. Nevertheless, it bothers and annoys me.
