Extremely Frustrating Experience with Incorrect Item and Horrible Return Process
I am extremely frustrated with my recent purchase experience. I ordered the C5 helmet, but instead, I received the E2 model, which is not only a completely different type but also a different color. When I tried to initiate a return, I was forced to communicate solely through email since there is no phone support available. This back-and-forth email process took a week and a half before they even approved the return.
In contrast, other e-shops include a return form with the wrong item, making the process much easier and faster, without requiring you to waste time waiting for approval.
Additionally, the customer support agent directed me to fill out a code in the return form that was supposedly included with the package—only to find that the return form was missing entirely. I had to manually note the code on the invoice and include that instead.
There were also instructions on the return label to cut off the footer of the page, but at the post office, I was told the footer was necessary and the return label needed to be A3-sized, not A4. This critical information was not provided on the website, which caused me to waste two more days waiting in line at the post office.
At no point was I offered an apology or any compensation for the inconvenience caused. This has been a terrible experience, and I will never order from this company again.

Please be advised that return forms are not included, as we have automated this process, which is now managed electronically for enhanced control and organization.
In this instance, you are required to generate your own label through the return portal and print it. Kindly note that these labels are available exclusively in A4 format.
If you have encountered any issues at the post office, we recommend attempting to visit a different post office, as they should accept the return with the label you have printed.
Our records indicate that the return has been successfully delivered to us, and a refund was processed on 01/01.
