I brought an resistance band from xn80 via Amazon eight months ago ,this week the band snapped whilst exercising, with out showing any signs of wear / tear ,resulting in bruising to my lower bottom ,contacted xn80 and requested at least a refund ,which was refused due to time !inquired about warranty and injury warnings ,received same reply refusing refund !, Not impressed would not buy from this company again.

Ordered 4 items on their web store as they were on sale. Placed the order and paid for the postage and packaging.

They informed me that I had cancelled the order when I hadn’t. I get an email 3-4 hours later saying that their delivery company does not deliver to Northern Ireland. They suggested I use their Amazon Store. I looked on that site and found the same items but at full price or 3 times the price advertised on their own site.
Northern Ireland is part of the U.K. and is covered by both Parcel Force , Royal Mail and most of the usual delivery companies. Considering this is a U.K. site I am concerned and annoyed at the same time.

Be aware when ordering.

Wrong colour mat sent, took 3 emails to find out how to return it to exchange it for the colour I actually ordered. Then they sent a refund for the mat instead of sending the correct colour as agreed, and didn't refund the postage as per their policy and what had already been agreed via email.

16+ emails and 3 weeks later I'm STILL trying to get the postage cost back from them as per their website terms and what they agreed to in writing. They've now stopped replying to my emails. Avoid using this company - lower prices aren't worth it.
