This ad has appeared on my FYP at least 200,000,000 times. Stop aggressive marketing on this app it’s so annoying. And selling fakes are illegal mate 👍 so I have a right to give you a 1 star

I had purchased Jordan 1 patent bred from them however I had got the address wrong. They contacted me and I the told them the right address and they said they would post them out . 3 months later never got them and blanking my messages

Boight a pair or air jordan 4, Awesome quality, arrived within 2 weeks, well worth the wait, so comfortable, will definitely use again

The shoes say 7-10 day shipping but it’s no where near that it took 3 weeks for my shoes to arrive after back and forth with the customer service team then when they arrive they are the wrong size and I’ve emailed the support team and now they are ghosting so I don’t recommend buying from here the shoes are all fake

They give me the shoe after 2 weeks and they aren’t 1:1 and have loads of flaws

Ordered a pair of Nike Airs which were delivered promptly and on time. Prices are very competitive and the store has a good range of shoes. The website is well designed and easy to navigate. Thumbs up

I was really scared to order Bcz it’s a bit hard to trust online stores I wanted a pair of white thunders the tracking was sent the next day and I got the pair in around 10 days I still asked these guys a lot of questions bcz I don’t wanted to get scammed and I got replied in around 1-2 hours was really. I was really impressed by the quality of the shoe just like the originals will be definitely ordering again and will recommend this for sure

I ordered a bag and trucksuit I have been trying to communicate with the seller but to not avail. I have tried emailing more than one email the number that there but I have not heard anything. I contacted Klamath for support to see if they are able to get hold of the seller on my behalf, the paused the payment while they were investigating. They asked me to provide proof of me trying to get in touch with Xneak, I did email them and when the got back to me, their response was that “ Thank you for sharing your information and evidence with us regarding this matter. After reviewing everything provided by you and XNEAK, we are unable to support your claim at this time because the claim relates to personal expectations or general dissatisfaction with the goods and not any clear fault or defect”. I am sure Klana has ways they keep in contact with merchants and yet they were not keen to help and very quick to reinstate the payment. I am forces to keep items that I don’t need or want. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM XNEAK OR USE KLANA.

I ordered the Nike Tn's PINK for my daughter. So in PINK, not white. I paid for the order via Klarna and received an order confirmation straight away. The next day I got an email from this Mustafa anyway, saying that the shoes were not available and asking if I wanted others. I replied "No" (that seemed strange to me) and that I wanted my money back. I also chose "cancellation via seller" via the Klarna app and requested a refund. Klarna paused the payment to Xneak. However, the following day I received an email saying that the shoes had been shipped and Klarna continued the payment. However, I was suspicious because the shipping location was in China and not in the UK. I wrote an email to Mustafa but didn't get a reply. Two weeks later, however, the wrong shoes arrived. I wrote another email and again I received no answer, not even to the question of when the shoes should be returned or when I would receive my money. I will now send the shoes to the sender's address and process the return via the Klarna app. Order from your local online shop, this is a scam.

I’m a returning customer and received another pair of Jordan 4s and the quality and price was perfect again. My order was delivered within 10 days which is quick. I will be ordering from here again and recommending to other people
