Their are better services and cheaper. Dose not update often and when it does its missing alot of text and calls also most features need the phone to be jailbroken. what a waste of money. I have made a ticket and they only responded 1 time out 6 emails to them.

I didn't really get a chance to see how well the program worked, because I purchased it and then held onto the activation key waiting for my chance to install it. By the time I was able to I looked and found out it only had 3 days left before it expired. I thought it started once I installed it. Make sure you are ready to install when you purchase or you are just flushing your money.

This company is a complete scam!!! Do not order this product it has spyware and malware to gather your personal information!! They charged me $49.99 after deciding this product would be dangerous to install and requesting an immediate refund the same day I ordered the product after realizing this company is a complete scam artist!! They even try to use US celebrity names as a cover for their true identity! Buyer beware!! I just lost 49.99 for absolutely nothing!!

Last night I tried installing XNSPY for my daughter's Iphone. It was not working so this morning I reached out to their support. They responded by stating it no longer works on Iphone's and they don't know when it will. I requested a refund and they refused to refund me 100%. I suggest running far and fast from a company who does business like this. For Transparency, here is my chat response with their rep.

Why, I have not used it at all. Your website is listed with IPhone all over it. If you don't work with Iphones, you should remove that from your site.
I have not even downloaded it as the software does not work.

Well, then I will reach out to them but will also leave a 1 star review. Your Trust Pilot score is already down to a 2.7 star and lower reviews will kill your business so I can't understand why your management insists on not refunding until your product is fixed.

It is easy to use. We have installed it on our team's tablets. It tell me everything about how they use the tabs and I can easily monitor it. The features like screen recording, call recording and location monitoring is good with it.

Terrible software. Loaded 3 times snd hardly any features worked. It worked a little better than their customer service. The customer service didn't work at all. Don't waste your money. Garbage company.

You need access to the device for it to work. I'm not sure what good spyware is if you have to get the device every day for 2 factor authentication with their software. If I have the device, I don't need the software. I'm not sure they understand the concept of spyware. Also, you can see that the monitoring is on the phone, the vpn is turned on and anyone that looks at that will know they didn't turn it on and then turn it off. I've spent 2 days, trying to get it to work and it doesn't. I constantly need access to the device, which again, if I had I wouldn't need the software.

Product features are conditional which they say in small prints. None of the features are working, but they have the small prints as excuse.
Surround record doesn’t work. Audio Recording doesn’t work. Stealth mode doesn’t work. Don’t want to waste my time as well listening nag what doesn’t work. Not worth the money. When I contacted customer care, they said it was written in small prints.

Purchased product to monitor what my son was up to on his tablet. Installation went okay. XNSPY states on their website, This tool will enable access too 16 functions of target phone or tablet. Only 1 function worked for 3 days which was location. I contacted support 5 times for these issues. Also asked for a refund after 4 days of problems. Support team did nothing but reply in email. trying to say the issue was not their problem. Also would like to add that anyone that gets this product and loads it up on a device make sure no confidential information is present. All data that they capture is being sold too highest bidder.

I PAID, AFTER WHICH I GOT NO RECEIPT ON MY EMAIL AND NK DETAILS ON THE WEBSITE! THEY JUST FLED WITH MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD.

The app is budget friendly and offer so many features that aren’t even offered by other apps that charged a lot more. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend using it.

contacted techsupport for issues faced after installation on Samsung A9:
- Google play disabled but still sees XNSPY software and suggest deleting it. Got reply from TechServices with screen shot from installation instruction, that did not solve the issue, no further support.
- Screen Recording does not work.
- Majority of the main function of interest are available only for rooted devices.
- Requested refund within 10 days of purchase, no reply at all.

Mspy did not impress me either but among two it is better than XNSPY. Most of positive ratings here are bots, with irrelevant comments to the actual functionality of this app.

A complete waste of time and money.

The application will not update.
It is impossible to access the target phone every time the latest version is updated creating the installed version to work properly.

I’m using Xnspy on 4 phones at home and they all just sync so well. No problems.

Tip: Don’t forget to read the T and Cs before you make the purchase.

I have been using this app for 3 months now to keep tabs on my 12-year old’s movements. It gives me his his location in real time and has taken huge load off my shoulders. Customer support was handy while installing the app

The app works fine on Android 11. Installation was a bit tricky for me. Had to get help of their live support. Their CR was very helpful and guided me through the whole process patiently.

This company is a complete waste of time.
Their support simply ignores your device issues and keeps on just sending you standard steps which are already on their out dated website. Avoid this company at all costs even if they give you discounts!
