Customer service and after sell service useless.

Delivery was good, product was good, but the after sell is useless.
There was a little problem during transport: a small plastic part broke.
So I contacted customer service, which was completely ineffective and useless.
Too bad.

Hi, sorry you see it this way, you have supplied 1 picture of 1 damaged plastic cap so I said we send you replacement, but you asked for 4 and there was no picture of 4 damaged so please understand we cannot claim this with our vendor without some proof, please always keep damaged items until claim is approved and there is no problem, thank you, X-Offroad Team

I bought the front led turn signals…

I bought the front led turn signals with halo, the left side was perfect the right side has a manufacturing defect, the rear closure badly oriented, and the glass badly placed, really a shame because the rendering is good
