First and foremost, we are sorry that your arrival did not go as smoothly as either of us would have liked. We fully understand how disappointing it can be to enter your room after paying for an early check-in and discover that the air conditioning is not functioning correctly.

As soon as you informed us of the issue, our reception team immediately contacted our technical department. Together, we treated the matter as a priority and worked to resolve it as quickly as possible. Fortunately, the problem was identified and repaired within approximately 30 minutes of being reported.

While we appreciate that having to wait during part of your early check-in was inconvenient, we were pleased that the issue could be resolved promptly, allowing you to continue your stay in the assigned room with a fully functioning air conditioning system.

Following the repair, you requested a full refund for your entire stay. You also informed us that, due to a medical condition, air conditioning was particularly important to you and that you were considering booking another hotel. We certainly understand the importance of a comfortable room environment and appreciate you sharing this information with us.

However, as the technical issue was temporary and was resolved shortly after it was reported, we were unfortunately unable to justify a full refund for the entire reservation. While we always aim to be reasonable and understanding, we must also assess compensation requests based on the nature of the issue, the impact on the stay, and the actions taken by the hotel to resolve the matter.

We would like to emphasize that technical malfunctions can occasionally occur despite regular maintenance. What is most important is how quickly and effectively such situations are addressed. In this case, we believe our team acted promptly and professionally by prioritizing the repair and restoring the room to the expected standard within a short period of time.

We regret that this experience negatively affected your impression of our hotel and that we were unable to meet your expectations regarding compensation. Nevertheless, we hope you can appreciate that our staff made every effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and ensure that you could enjoy the remainder of your stay comfortably.
