Street cart right next to the windows…. Making noise all days and nights. We were also given a ground floor room, so can see all passengers walk by, making additional noises. There are also some big buses stopped next to the ground floor windows. A lot noises and no privacy.
The room itself is ok but quite outdated. It might have been a 4 star hotel 30 years ago, but needs some serious upgrades. The reception is also just soso, doesn’t look like happy to service customers.

The location of the hotel is great with…
The location of the hotel is great with easy access to everything but that’s about it. The cleanliness of the hotel is questionable with a smell of mildew in the hallways and elevators. Coming into the hotel, the trash can not emptied outside the front doors is definitely not very inviting and up to a three star hotel standards. The staff at breakfast is not friendly. We got a comment coming in at 9:30am when breakfast time is until 10am and after a 2 hour electrical outage. Very disappointing in general for a hotel that is rated three stars.

XO Hotel Couture is a nice
XO Hotel Couture is a nice, modern building that is well located for trips to the city center and to locations further afield. The triple room is plenty spacious and both it and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast buffet has lots to offer in the very dimly lit breakfast room. The staff is friendly enough and speak lots of languages but they twice failed to address requests for things such as additional towels and coffee pods.
The shower was slow to drain which caused some minor flooding in the bathroom (thus the need for more towels). Checking in and out is via electronic kiosks but there’s a front desk member available if needed.

we arrived early ,was exhausted but was told we could have our room as it was ready.was so happy to move in right away.The room was cleaned every day ,beds made ,this was lovely, as a lot of hotels dont do this now ,unless you ask.The staff at the reception were very helpful ,when i asked places to go, they directed me and even printed me out directions so easy to get there.They even helped me to sort out ubers i needed, when i wasnt sure how to do it.Very helpful staff all of them.i stayed with my grandaughter for the easter holiday,for three nights ,would love to come back another time.

Loved the room size with fabulous views perfect for the 3 of us.
Generally good stay, with comfy beds but think there may have been issues with the showers and pipework as not always getting hot water and noise of pipework clanging at night. As we were there for a short stay we didn't report the issues as hardly in the hotel.
However, if I were to stay again I would find a location closer to central Amsterdam.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel, comfortable mattresses, and a beautiful bathroom. We couldn’t hear anything from the hallway or neighboring rooms, but through the window you can really hear everything – trams, noise from nearby pubs, and the general liveliness of the area. Still, it was manageable and we would happily stay here again.
We opted to skip housekeeping at check-in, but the cleaners came in anyway :) Otherwise, everything was OK, thank you.

We paid more to have only one mattress however it was not the case
We paid more to have only one mattress, in the end we still received a bed with 2 mattress but with a low cost topper at the top.
The room had spots everywhere near the bed.
Many lights from coming from electric devices in the room which difficult fall asleep.
The check in and out was made easy.
For 4* I would expect a bit more attention to details.

Hotel is ideally situated, few mins walk from tram & bus stops. Not many but a few places to eat closeby. 2 stops away on tram & spoilt for choice of restaurants & cafes. Nice quiet & safe area at night too. Staff friendly & accommodating. Our safe didn't work & was rectified immediately. Rooms aren't huge but we're in a city where outdoors all day so no issue with that. The beds are super comfortable. We were on Floor 4 and despite what other reviewers said, we didn't hear a single door slam or anything to disturb us, even with some works going on in nearby buildings
Breakfast choice is enough to set you up for the day & same each day.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel. Room is clean and big for 3 person. Did not take the BF with extra $. They have microwave at the reception area is good enough for us. Location is out of city but is okay as there is a tram station just right in front of the hotel. It make it very accessible for tourists. Only a few stop to museums station. Room rate compare to town area is definitely lower and is definitely worth staying. Surrounding is safe too.
