I'm NOT a satisfied consumer.....yet.

I put my trust in XPENDY to cancel my subscription with SCENTBIRD. I'm STILL receiving emails about impending orders from SCENTBIRD. I received an email around 5:00pm this evening (Tuesday) that they're processing my order. I don't want to close my credit card to prevent them from retrieving more of my money. I DON'T like or want anymore of their perfume. PLEASE do the right thing and keep them away from my credit card!!

The letter asking winred to discontinue constant text messages from Republican party asking for money has taken over my text messages. Unfortunately the messages continue.

Hopeless…

You took my money but you didn't ado anything.

The agent I spoke with was very nice…

The agent I spoke with was very nice and easy to understand. She canceled my order without hesitation and listened to my one big gripe: that I was not told by the airport agent that I would be forced to cancel by registered letter for a fee of $14.95 through Xpendy.com, which triggered a fraud alert and threatened use of my credit card while I was in South America. I have not yet received my requested refund (four weeks out from cancelation). I feel I have been scammed.

Today most apps will cancel your…

Today most apps will cancel your subscription immediately upon request. I submitted a request for a cancellation and was told I needed to send a letter requesting cancelation. Well, the cancelation took 3-4 weeks, during which time I was charged again. I would never use this app

Scam. I did not authorize automatic renewals. Upset that company is foreign and lacked any communication at the time of the charge.

Xpendy is a scam

Xpendy is a scam, takes your money and does nothing for it, then con you into monthly subscription.
I wanted to cancel my subscription with Beer 52, somehow they got onto my screen, (a scammer’s trick I’ve since learned), I paid £9.50 for them to cancel the subscription, (they never did, the subscription is still open), and have now taken another £7.50 on the pretence of a monthly subscription. This is fraud and anyway why would anyone take out a subscription with someone on the off chance that they might want to cancel subscription with someone else! Don’t touch them they are crooks.

I used the site to answer a question…and ut was not helpful at all.

I used the site to answer a question which was useless. I unsubscribed and never got a $5.00 refund but was charged $65.00 for a subscription, which I cancelled yet my checking account was automatically charged $65.00 just days ago! Please cancel my subscription and send me a full refund as soon as possible.

I only had 1 question

I only had 1 question. It didn't give me an answer. I thought it was a 5$ one time charge. It was 75$ and got charged the next month. Learned a hard expensive lesson!!!
